Appalling customer service!! As we entered the garage we were not acknowledged by the person on the reception desk or anyone else in the showroom. We looked around and then after a few minutes went to find someone to help us. We wandered round several times and after a further five minutes had failed yo find anyone yo help. The only representative in the showroom was with a customer, eventually we asked her if anyone was available to help. She went off to find someone and came out from the back with three other colleagues who were all chatting together, only to then tell us no, sorry, everyone

Stacy was absolutely fab! Couldn’t fault a single part of the process of buying my new car- she went above and beyond! I really felt like she listened to what I wanted which I’ve never felt previously. She found me my dream car and I couldn’t be happier. She was great at explaining everything to me and even after buying my car she checks in to make sure it’s still just as perfect as when I bought it. 10/10 for Mini York!

Very professional and courteous. Very helpful in helping us find the right car that met our budget and requirements. The sales rep Stacey Booth was amazing and couldn’t of helped anymore, really went all out to make our purchase feel special. I would go as far as saying it’s one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had!

Just returned from a 2 hour drive to view a car for my Daughter. From the initial contact to finally meeting Becky and Lucy has been first class. We were advised what to bring for the test drive, given time to get to know the car and then advised on the best way to proceed to fit in with our circumstances. The Covid-19 policy put in place was expertly administered and made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend this Dealership, the staff and the high standards they clearly have set themselves.
