Called to get an appointment for service, got hung up on.
I called to get an appointment for a technician to service my pump.
They placed me on hold, then I was disconnected.
If it was accidental, it would seem that they should have called me back.
Seems like another latin-managed Miami business with clueless/ignorant office staff.
I am going to avoid this one...

My Husband and I are building a house and I began speaking to MD pumps 5 months ago. They assured us that the entire process could be taken care of (an entire well and septic system for our new house) and that we didn't have anything to worry about. We have been trying to get through the final pieces of the permitting process with Miami-Dade, and one of that last items we needed was the well and septic documents. When I spoke with them a few days ago to tell them it was time to get started, they initially sent me a contract, but then immediately retracted it and said they could no longer complete

Very disappointed after they failed to honor their warranty. Promised alot but came through with nothing. They even e-mailed us with a UPS tracking code for shipment but the code was fake. They sold us a water pump that failed after 60 days. They claimed incorrect installation but that wasn't true. Avoid them.
