We used New Braunfels Limo and Party Bus to shuttle guests for our daughter’s wedding. They were wonderful to work with planning what we needed. Niko made the change when we needed bigger shuttles. All my guests commented on how friendly and professional the drivers were! I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future’.

I have used New Braunfels Limo & Party Bus and their San Antonio Affliates for 2 Airport transfers in September 2021. Through all contacts - from ordering my transfers, to the Email confirmations, to the excellent, friendly, relaxed and most important PUNCTUAL drivers. The cars were in top shape. Both transfers (including the "back" office) incredibly positive, professional experiences.

PUBLIC BEWARE! They will make reservations with you, take your money and then never respond to your messages! I am from New Braunfels and have never dealt with such service as this. BEWARE! DON"T CHANCE IT like I did for my daughter's birthday celebration. Talk about kids being disappointed :-( There are no words from this momma's heart except to say, if you are booked and the money has been paid...SHOW UP and RESPOND! Disappointing a mom is one thing, but kids. NOT OK!!!!

I have a reservation for this Saturday, paid my deposit and everything. I cannot get my calls, emails or FB messages returned. I don’t know what to do at this time and to not contact the customer back in any form or fashion days before the booking is awful! I’m having to rearrange all my plans because I simply cannot confirm the plans. HORRIBLE!!!!
