Y'all! Ella's is a hidden gem that I am so glad I found! My massage therapists name was Autumn- she was absolutely phenomenal! Autumn took the time to understand what my needs were before we started the session, and we debriefed at the end. The entire time she ensured that I was comfortable- which speaks volumes about her client awareness. Autumn also took the time to explain what muscle groups needed more attention, and she wrote down those muscles on my water cup at the end so I wouldn't forget. She took her time to explain specific stretches that I could do to improve my posture

My wife and I just had a Couples Massage Package and the most wonderful experience! Everyone at Ella’s was very friendly and made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. They were very accommodating and pleasant to be around. We had the best massages from Debra and Vivian! If you want to be pampered and feel right at home please visit Ella’s. This spa was beyond amazing my boyfriend took me here for a couples spa for my birthday and it was great. I will absolutely be going back they made me feel so welcome ! I revieved wine and fruit and they also got me a cake and a little spa basket as well! Customer service was A1. It was worth every penny

Today was my first time there, I actually purchased a Groupon prior to covid and it was extended so I finally got to use it. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family! I was given a tour of the spa and explained everything they offer. I sat down in the pemf treatment and was explained every detail about it as I enjoyed a glass of wine. Everyone was so friendly. My massage was incredible and everything I needed. I walked out of there thinking of all my friends that would also enjoy Ella's!

The place is always cleaned to perfection and the exudes "Stress Free Zone". The staff go above and beyond in creating a safe environment in line with state regulations. Staff and customers have mask on, temps are checked and you sanitize before proceeding. While services are completed, mask are worn as well when necessary.

Purchased a couple groupon package and let me just say from the outside and the area you think what am I walking into But I was pleasantly surprised the messages were amazing except the missed my lower back but overall it was a wonderful experience I came in very tense I left feeling better than amazing

Wedding planning can be stressful so my sister and I decided to try Ella's couples massage for some well deserved relaxation and bonding time. We had a wonderful experience at Ella's we were shown warm southern hospitality, Debra even sung a special song to wish me well on my(then) upcoming wedding! As mentioned in other reviewers comments, we received unexpected gifts and treats throughout our treatment. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the therapists professional. I've had many massages in high-end spas and the massage was on par with those. I was not disappointed
