I had my window broken around 5PM on a Tuesday. The following morning I check with Safelite to see when they would be able to come and how much it would cost for a side mirror. I'd use them once previously a few years ago. They quoted me over $400 in didn't have an appointment available for 5 days! I called around too many different shops, one quoted me as much as $599 for service in their own shop! Once I talked to LG Auto Glass around 8:00AM on Wednesday, they quoted me $229 for a mobile repair and my window was fixed by 11:30 a.m. that same day. So glad to have stumbled across this shop, they

Had no fear of working on a classic car. Luis was able to accommodate me on the July 4th holiday even, the NEXT day after contacting even! Many auto glass places will run away when you tell them it is an old car. Luis arrived with another man and knocked out a window pull and reinstall on the windshield and also installed the rear window glass as well. He had the parts needed to also get the trim on. He was actually the second person that took a shot at it, and he was the only one successful. If you have a classic car, give him a call, he can get it done! Also of value to me is he provided the

I call these guys early in the morning. I didn't even tell him anything all I saw was the car and he said three hundred and fifty dollars right away without even checking anything. Then he goes I will call you right back or call me back in 15 minutes I have a paying customer. And then he hangs up on me. That is the worst customer service ever. I will never ever go to them I will never refer anybody to them. I don't understand how they can do business with customer service like that.

I happened upon this place after seeking quotes online and by phone. Luis the owner was exceptionally courteous and friendly. I asked him for a quote and his price was $65 below my previous quotes. He ordered the glass and installed the glass beautifully. I highly recommend Luis Gallegos. He also has a mobile service.
