Excellent service! Unbelievable response times, all exactly as they said. I contacted AAA insurance. I have glass protection on my windshield. They referred me to a couple of vendors. I chose the A+ auto glass in Mountain View to come to my work and install the glass. on 12/17, AAA transferred me to A+ glass and scheduled me for service the next… day, today. They said they would be here between 12 and 3 pm, they arrived at 1:15 pm and started to work on it. In about 40 minutes they were completed and done. I was stressed out because my windshield cracked on a Friday. No one could help me until Monday but luckily i found A+ Auto Glass. I called and told them about my situation and got it resolved the very next day! Not only was it cheaper than a body shop, i got the original windshield with sensors! Definitely doing the rest of my cars if something were to happen (cross my fingers)

This team was amazing to work with. My car was broken into, smashed window. They woman on the phone was sweet, easy to work with and scheduled me quickly to get me back in my driver's seat. Went with them because they could come out quickly. They replaced the windshield at scheduled time but within 2 weeks the rear view mirror fell off...we glued it back on ourselves. Noticed the car was much noisier but wasn't sure why...after placing a parking ticket on the dash...noted it blew off...there is a leak on the lower driver side. Let them know and they said a tech would check it out. Took a day off and tech canceled because it sprinkled. Rescheduled for Sat...waited and waited...didn't show so called and they said the tech had an emergency. Rescheduled again, tech said I would

They were a pleasure to work with. The dispatch person was responsive and worked with me to get the best deal. And she coordinated with the installer to work around my schedule so I wasn't waiting all day for someone to show up. A quick knock on the door and my windshield was replaced right in my driveway while I worked inside. I was able to pay by credit card later that day and everything has worked out wonderfully. I had an excellent customer experience.

This place was easy to deal with & fast scheduling. I had some problems with the first installation - some sealant issues causing a panel to fly off and water leaking into my car when it rained. BUT I called them (many months later) and they came to my work the very next day to replace the whole windshield.
I like a company that stands behind it's work...problems happen, but it's all about how you handle it.
