My car had the back window smashed in San Francisco (won't go back). I had glass everywhere and was just sick. I saw the Yelp reviews for Al's and gave him a call. What a pro! Great service quick mobile (came home) and much easier than any other places where they would just look and estimate. The problem was with the sunroof and it wouldn't close. It being expensive to fix - the best option is to disconnect and fix the sunroof so that it doesn't get stuck anymore. Got the sunroof closed for a reasonable price (not usable anymore).

My Mazda CX-5 rear window was busted and I got a quote of $1000 from the dealer. $600 for the rear window and $400 for the install.
The quote from Al's was $350 with install and the guy could be there the next day at 9am. He arrived at 9:30 and finished at 11am. The window looks great.
I'll update the review if I have any issues but it looks good for now.

Although Al's Auto Glass responded late with my request for a replacement windshield, Al’s price was $230 and commitment to replace the windshield later today on Monday. I immediately canceled my Thursday appointment with another vendor for a slightly higher quote and would have required me to drive to vendor's site and wait for 4 hours. Al's mobile service was very convenient. David, the technician, worked in the 90+ degree sun and completed the job in less than 30 minutes.

I had a great experience with Al's today. They had replaced my windshield over a year ago, and it had started making a noise while driving on the highway. I called and told them about it and they came out to fix it in my driveway, for free. They have a lifetime guarantee and they really stand by it. Also, they were very friendly and professional. I left a request for service/estimate for a windshield replacement on my 2007 Infiniti on Al's online form. Within a couple of hours I received a call with the estimate and an appointment for the very next day. They came to my house, completed the replacement, hauled the old windshield away, and left the interior of my car cleaner than it was before! The appointment time needed to shift a little, but the office did a great job of communicating, calling me several times to keep me updated on arrival time. From a friend's recommendation, I used Al's Auto Glass to have a windshield replaced. AND I've also seen his work being done right in the parking lot. Anyway, I texted and received a response within a few minutes along with a quote from Carlos. The quote wasn't the cheapest, but he had the windshield in stock and could have it done between 1:30-3pm. It was 12:30. He arrived about 2pm, and he was done way before 3pm. It's currently 2:57pm as I write this review.

A+ for Al. My windshield had a 24 inch crack from a rock on the freeway so I called Al to get a quote to replace the windshield.
5 minutes on the phone and I had a quote and time scheduled for the repair the next day (Al would have done same day but I was busy).
Al came to my house and replaced my windshield in approximately 1 hour.
One of the smoothest transactions with any company ever and you can tell from 5 minutes of talking to Al that he is a really nice guy committed to his craft. Price was very reasonable too.

During the shelter in place, I needed my windshield replaced and the entire process was EASY PEASY. Getting a quote was so quick and they were able to schedule me for the following day. It was 105 degree weather and in the sun, but they got it done quick and perfectly. Afterwards, they sprayed some water on it / turned windshield on to show everything was working properly after installation. They were able to take card right there making it even easier.
All in all, if I ever need another window installation done, I know where to go!

Al's is great. They came on time, they had the Pilkington glass I wanted. They installed quickly and they were cheaper than safelite by over $150. They were running a promotion at the time of install and when I mentioned seeing the promotion on Yelp, they abided by it, and took another $20 off.
My old windshield was installed in the early 90's and the top seal had come loose and over the years some dirt and water had got in and created a small amount of surface rust. The tech, Carlos, I think, cleaned it up with a wire brush, and sprayed it with a rust inhibitor before installing

My Panda is finally fixed! Yay! I'm so happy!! I went with a local guy on Yalp. Al's Auto Glass. He's amazing! Nice, friendly, cheap, fast, and he had his mask on! Very important! He also came to me, since it wasn't safe for me to drive my car.

I needed to replace my windshield once the small nick from a rock took over almost half of the windshield. I requested a quote from Al's in the morning and got a response about 1.5 hrs later with the cheapest quote compared to other places and through my insurance. He offered to schedule the same day in the afternoon, but he was very flexible in setting up my appointment and accommodating my WFH situation. A technician came out promptly the next morning. The job took less than an hour total, and it looks great! He even helped me remove the mounting dock for my dash cam from my old windshield

My truck got broken into 3 weeks ago and safelite auto glass was supposed to install all 4 new windows that got broken but They called me the same day Of the install appointment to say they would take and other month to have my windows shipped in and installed. Screw them!!!

I highly recommend Al's auto glass, he was very professional and reasonably priced compared to other windshield replacement shops. He came to the house and worked diligently and in about an hour was done. Al did not charge extra for mobile service as some other shops did. I would use Al again if ever needed!
