I have worked with Jeff Basford and OC Residential Property Management for a number of years. First using the Property Management Services and then as Sales Agent for that property. In both situations we found them to be very responsive, knowledgeable and attentive to detail. If there is a situation where Jeff (our primary contact) is not quite a 100% knowledgeable, he is not afraid to say give me a couple days to check things out. The team at OCRPM has managed our property for 2 years and did a fabulous job. They handled all the day to day issues that come up, brought in the right maintenance people when needed and relieved me of all the little hassles of managing rental property. They found the perfect tenants, vetted them and kept it rented. If this was all they did, they would get a 5-star review.

I had a hard time leasing out my rental, so I contacted OCRPM and spoke with Ziad, whose expertise was so helpful. OCRPM offers all their clients free listings so I paid nothing until my property was leased. We were ready for the stress of managing our own properties to be off our plate.
