Kathryn was a true professional. We had a issue with our track lighting in our kitchen/dining-room. After 2 electricians couldn't troubleshoot the issue we were referred to Legend Lighting. They helped to figure out the issue, provide a solution and we now have lights! Their showroom is very impressive as well.

I stopped in hoping to find something different than what the Big Boxes offer. Legend Lighting has a fully-packed showroom that is more hardware store than designer display style, so it can be a little visually overwhelming. You have to slow down and look at each item individually, or you can zip right past something cool in the scanning process. But it's nice to be able to actually see and feel a product before ordering it online, so it's worth the effort.
The staff was busy at the counter with other customers, so it was hard to get help that day beyond a friendly greeting. But I did

My husband and I found some beautiful lamps with Justine's help! We, also, paid in full.
Now while we are waiting on Justine to call as to when they will be in and ready for pickup I NEVER receive a phone call. Then I called Kathryn and she wanted to argue with me that they are too busy on the floor to call. I am only asking for PROFESSIONAL COURTESY!
I did speak with , Donny, the Manager a week ago and he agreed with us and he promised to discuss this with Justine!!
Hoping things will change.

We were looking for kitchen lights. Tried this place on a whim and are now true believers. They helped us find a couple lamps in the style we were looking for. Very laid back and low pressure. Nice showroom. When we were installing the lamps, one was defective (frayed cord) and they re-ordered with no hassle. The prices seemed very reasonable.

The store looks like MTV Rap Star Cribs meets brothel meets 1982-disco-is-not-yet-dead. I really wish I was kidding. I've never seen so much chrome and tacky bling in one place in my life. Trying to keep a positive outlook, I walked into the store despite wanting to flee for my life. I kept thinking it would get better as I made my way through the store.
Most businesses display their newest and best stuff at the entrance so that wasn't a good indicator but I was trying to keep a positive attitude. There were a few fixtures that might have been okay but mostly it was chrome chrome

Excellent service and selection. Not your everyday "big box store" lighting, rather a great collection of unusual and special light fixtures. Everyday prices were decent but we happened to find them during a great sale and really ended up with some fantastic bargains. Ask for Michelle who will assist you professionally and no sales pressure. She took the time to explain product and offered alternative selections as well for comparison.

We recently worked with Kathrin Karkella at Legend Lighting and were extremely pleased with the results. Kathrin came out to our house to help us review our needs, she suggested what to order and then completed our order for over 60 new lighting fixtures for our home. We were very pleased with the accuracy of ordering everything we wanted and with her service after the sale was completed.
