We're a close family living in Austin, Texas, working hard to participate in the community and make an impact. I'm Anthony, the founder and sole proprietor of Southern Lighting Designs, sitting next to my wife Clarissa and our baby girl, Olivia.

Southern Lighting Designs is THE company you need for your lighting project! Anthony and his team were amazing from beginning to end. He was super helpful during the initial consult and recommended a great solution for our lighting needs (we wanted "bistro-style" string lights on our upper deck but weren't sure which design was best). We had several lighting companies come out to provide quotes and these guys were ABSOLUTELY the best option for balancing both quality and affordability. We are so happy with the end result. After my installer went out of business I needed to find someone new to service my outdoor lighting. I messaged Anthony and received a reply within a few minutes. Anthony was up front and clear about his charges which was refreshing and he scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Upon arriving, Anthony showed he was very knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and was able to fix all of my issues, clean up the install a bit, and add a light for me. I was extremely happy and, more importantly, so was my wife. We will definitely be working with Anthony in the future!

Southern Lighting Designs' Anthony Tovar is excellent. He won our business over two other contractors. He replaced our path lighting along our driveway with ten (10) new Volt fixtures, tying into the existing transformer. He set them up perfectly in the daylight. The view at night required no additional adjustments. He added the Lutron Caseta Smart System, which enables wireless control and scheduling. He also installed a Ring Floodlight Camera in about 20 minutes. This guy knows his stuff, so we will be back - Highly recommended !

Anthony did an amazing job with my indoor lights! I knew I picked the right person when when he was up front with me about everything from the beginning. It’s hard to trust someone you do not know but Anthony gave me a sense of relief when he was explaining everything. He has great knowledge in his line of work and I would totally call him again!
