Services
The Caterers Inc. is a local Las Vegas catering equipment rental company supplying small venues and large corporate events including many Strip hotels and casinos with commercial catering equipment and party supplies. We also offer sales of used restaurant equipment and supplies. If you have been to Las Vegas, you have probably attended an event where our equipment was in use.
TCI has a variety of crowd control devices and directional signage available for rent in Las Vegas. Social distancing is here and with large, temporary events, you may need a temporary solution for social distancing and crowd separation. TCI can provide you with the signage and stanchions you need for temporary, effective social distancing, line separation and crowd control.
Compartment Sinks - We have commercial grade 3 compartment sinks that will hook up to a standard garden hose connection water supply. We can also supply you with 300 gallon fresh and industrial waste water tanks for outdoor events. Our sinks have instant hot water. You must be able to plug into a grounded 20 amp power source.
We have a mobile Miller Lite beverage kiosk for rent in Las Vegas and Henderson. This is a great rental for bar owners, stadiums, special events, festivals or large gatherings. The beer and beverage serving station is NSF approved and has a telescoping Miller Lite canopy. It also features a product shelf, heavy duty wheels for easy mobility and 3 compartments.
Available for daily and weekly rental in the Las Vegas area are Port-A-Cool evaporative cooling fans delivered by The Caterers Inc. Our portable cooling fans are very efficient and easy to maneuver as they are mounted on casters.
With a cooling area of 2650 sqft, these variable speed air cooling unit are great for pool areas, outdoor events, under tents, on the sidelines, back stage, in the stable, garage, jet hanger, warehouse or shop, and on your patio.

Terrible experience. We had TCI deliver and set up a dance floor. It had 2 ft of rough ply wood coming out from all the sides with metal braces that were suppose to be holding the sheets of plywood together that were popping of and exposing sharp edges along with the ply wood edges sticking up. It was a hazard. It looked horrible and cheap. The office was closed and we had no way to reach them to get it removed before our wedding reception. We ended up covering the ply wood with black fabric and after screwing in the braces we staked down the ends of the plywood to keep people from tripping over

WOW! decided to try this company for the 1st time on rental equipment, they saved me $400. Just like the saying you get what you paid for, delivery was scheduled at 8AM and I specified before I paid that it must be there at 8AM so prior to the health inspector all equipment is at its temperature, I kept calling every hour and she would say 15 min. The equipment finally came at 1PM health inspector was already there. Good thing health inspector agreed to come to my booth in an hour.
