John and Kay and the family made our event great . I ordered tents table chair and swamp coolers for my dads 80th birthday. The communication was excellent And they set up everything perfectly. I would definitely recommend their service! They went the extra mile to figure what I needed for 80 guests! Thank you so much!!!

I've rented twice from here.
1. When you call to order, the girl who answers always just says, "hello?" I have to double check I'm calling a business. Then I never receive their invoice they email, and I have to follow up a few times.
2. Their delivery/pickup fee is steep. They don't set up, just drop off where you tell them. & they don't break down. It has to be ready at the door for them to grab and go, which is fine, but for $75 fee, I would expect a little more help. Next time I might shop around before accepting.

This is my go-to rental company for all the parties that we throw! So convenient to work with such an amazing local business. John is very attentive, and I'm always able to get a timely response! I'm very picky, and like to see several options, and John works diligently to get me invoices on all the possible different items I would like to rent. I even used them for my wedding recently! I was able to get everything from plates, napkins, silverware, cups, cocktail glasses, table, chairs, champagne glasses (champagne tower!!!) and so much more!

We had an awesome experience with A-1 Event Rental. Everyone that I had contact with was very professional and friendly. Rented a bunch of table and chairs for my daughters party and they were quick with delivery and Pick up. Process was very easy when Reserving for your event. I will definitely be renting again from them for future functions.

I needed rentals for our park wedding reception. John was so quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. He was on time and set up the entire thing. He did a fantastic job setting everything! I also needed the rentals to be picked up the on the same night and John did not mind at all. We were so happy with A1 Event Rentals. I am definitely going to rent from them again in the future. John was very professional in helping me have everything I needed for my party. They arrived early to set everything up and finished way before any of my guests arrived. I ordered chairs, tables, plates and silverware and glass cups for my party which were all clean and in great condition. I would highly recommend working with them, great company here in Vegas!
