Reservations are not required. It is, however, a good idea to reserve your equipment so that you know you will be able to get what you need. You should place your reservation as soon as you are pretty sure about what items and quantities you will be needing. Yes, you can increase your order as long as we have the items available.

I was mortified the day of my event when I saw all the items that were delivered. Most were in very bad condition.
Their basic tables: you can see where the legs are attached to the tables on the table tops... it shows dime-sized divots in the table (so if your linen are light in color, you will see these divots through the linen). It just looked like odd, dime-sized holes through the linen.
Linen: was beautiful- however, some were snagged on top. Not a great look, especially since our centerpieces couldn't cover them all up as they ran across the whole length of the table.

My family and I had a bad experience with this company.
1. The staff was rude
2. The items for our party were awful (run down, marked up, scratched, paint flaking off)- not your typical wear and tear, much worse.
3. The delivery was late, causing our whole timeline to be off schedule.
I would not recommend this company. Bad experience all around.

Initial communication with sales team / rental team was great. She was very responsive and helped with multiple change orders for the party. She gave great recommendations and I thought the items I ordered were reasonably priced. I ended up spending ~$1,300 for various tables/chairs/high tops/bars, etc.
They want you to pay, in full, two weeks in advance (which I did). Delivery process was absolutely horrible. I called the morning of delivery to get an estimate and was told someone would call me. Two hours later I called back (never received the call) and was told between 3p-6p. My husband

Be careful when renting with them. I ordered 12 high top tables with spandex covers. They delivered ONLY the spandex covers, then charged me additional delivery fee to bring the tables. Their rep made the mistake and I was charged for it, they take no responsibility for error. Otherwise their stuff was good and on time.

Be careful around their drivers. I just got hit by a guy while I was parked that was driving a rental truck for them! The guy spoke no english. He backed up 20 feet and smashed into me while I was waiting to turn! And then almost did it AGAIN after we exchanged insurance information.

Party planning made super easy! They have so much to choose from on their website. From chairs and tables to rugs and fake turf. You can even rent out grills! If you're like me and can't stand planning a party, this place will put your mind at ease. Everything was also reasonably priced. They also let us keep the chairs and tables one extra day for free because they were closed on Sunday.

RSVP rentals was one of the easiest parts of the wedding planning process. We wanted to add two wine barrels to be used during our ceremony and reception at our wedding venue. We heard about them through our wedding venue and I checked out their website. Their prices are decent and the whole process was easy. They were also super responsive with any questions, concerns or changes I made. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for some great rentals and great communication! Have rented tables and chairs for lots of kid party's and events I've hosted at my house and these guys not only beat every other price in town but they also have the best customer service. From talking on the phone or in person, they all are super friendly and helpful! Sometimes I'll have them deliver stuff to my house or sometimes I'll pick it up at the warehouse (just depends) and the last few times I've been picking it up myself and the guys who work are super helpful and friendly. Didn't catch the most recent guys name who works there but he's a young guy

I can't say enough how pleased I was with the service RSVP provided me when I rented two Modena Gray tables and 16 black resin folders for a ladies brunch I was having at my home.
Even before I signed the dotted line I was given exceptional attention from the event sales girls.
Phrancis was quick to reply with a quote and took several of my calls to address some questions I had and when I was ready to book Kerry was just as thorough to get a final quote out and scheduled delivery.
Delivery was on time and professional.
The only glitch-one of the chairs were broke...understandably as these

Although my rentals were not all put to use unfortunately because of my venue irresponsibility (Revere Golf Club).... I love RSVP my family and I have used them for many events small to big. I recently use them for my engagement party. They are so kind and accommodating. My guest list changed a few times high to low to high and they were able to custom order additional marble dinner plates for me to have for my event just in time. I am planning my very first (and last) wedding and after looking at RSVP Rentals’ website I knew without a doubt that I was going to use them for ALL of my rentals (wedding AND bridal shower), and this is my only reasoning for giving them a well earned one star (their rentals are gorgeous). I set an appointment to visit RSVP Rental to see a mock up of the tables and settings plus a bunch of other big ticket items at the end of October and I was so SO EXCITED. My husband and I planned out our first Christmas dinner in our new home and we realized we wouldn't have enough room for food. We came across your site and you have kitchen supplies for rent that would help us big time! We rented the stove/oven with the 4 burners and a warming box. They were delivered and set in our garage. Having them made my cooking process so enjoyable. 2 turkeys in at the same time and having the big burners on top made it easy getting ppl out of my way in the kitchen.

I used rsvp for my wedding and loved their products. Their tables and chairs and linens were beautiful. The reason I am giving them three stars is because there customer service wasn’t the best. I called them to confirm everything before my wedding and they said they would deliver everything the day before and pick the day after my wedding. As I did not have a place to put the rentals and would actually be getting married in California the day before (we just had reception in Vegas) that clearly wouldn’t work so they said there would be an ADDED delivery fee to deliver ON THE DATE I reserved

This company may seem like they have great pricing but watch out for hidden fees - they hid a non refundable damage deposit underneath tax at the bottom of the contract, which in our case, was $560. I even talked with a manager and they wouldn't budge. Industry standard is if all items are returned this deposit is refunded minus cost of damage and lost items.
Also, If something is damaged at all, be aware that they will charge you for what the item costs brand new plus 75% markup even if it is repairable.
Do not go to this company if you are planning a big event. They do not carry basic

I have never had to order tables before for an event and found this location on recommendation from other Yelpers/friends that had used them. Their website is very visual and was easy to use. I knew what I needed when I had called. The lady that took the order was nice and helped me through the process on getting exactly what I needed. They do charge an $80 delivery fee, but man was it so worth it. The dropped off on Friday and picked up on Monday for the same price which was very convenient for me. I had also ordered linen which was brought when they delivered. Two guys carried very heavy tables
