Beware of these lawyers. I am surprised they are still allowed to practice law. The will take advantage of you every step of way through what ever grueling process you find yourself in. They will overcharge and threaten to sue you if you don't pay up. Dealing with these "people" was one of the worst and most exhausting experiences of my life. They should change their name to "Snakes and Evil insects". Also I would be very suspicious of any review here that is above 2 stars.

Please read the reviews!! Wolf and Fox will only take your money and not represent you. Paid over $5k to help with my divorce and all I got was a few papers drawn up and a consultation. When I called them to say we needed to go to court they were demanding another retainer!! I had just paid them a few weeks earlier and the money was gone. I had no choice but to find a different lawyer. Stay away from this firm unless you just want to throw your money away!

I had to fire their lawyer and successfully finish the case myself. They're in the business of keeping case is going and keeping your wallet open $$$$.
My ex-spouse makes 8 times more than I do and has for the past 7 years. I ended up paying child support due to this scam law firm not being able to make the case that there are no Businesses in the entire Southwest that are in my industry.
If you love your children, do not get these guys involved in a custody battle you will lose! The only success I had with child timeshare

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!! Wolf & Fox were negligent, disconnected, rude, money hungry attorneys referred by the NM Bar Association! Please do not put yourself through the extreme discomfort of having attorneys who are more interested in their bottom line than your legal issue. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy and Camille Pedrick and Kimberly L. Padilla are the lawyers I had contact with($12,000 only got us one motion I have gotten more done as attorney than they did) . I IMPLORE YOU FIND OTHER ATTORNEYS! They will double bill you then sue you for money!! STAY AWAY!!

I paid $6,000 dollars for a 45 minute family court hearing in 2015. The greed is pure sickening inside the Wolf & Fox firm. After realizing the money hole this was going to be, I wanted to switch to a new firm and unexpectedly Wolf & Fox lied to me about the procedure to change firms. Yes, lied to me about what was required to switch firms - a lack of ethos was on full display at Wolf & Fox. Wolf & Fox basically wanted to milk me for more money. Wolf & Fox, specifically Kimberly Padilla is a complete scam. They wanted $3000 retainer and did absolutely nothing for my case. They wanted $4000 more to attend mediation and Kim brought nothing to the table and was destroyed in pretrial and never gave a counter offer to the other party. We worked out payment arrangements and one day the account called me and fired me as a client simply because they wanted $9500 more to attend trial. She even called me a "whiner" on the phone and they have zero compassion and its all about money. So if you would like to waste $20K in attorneys

You will be double billed for every thing they do, they have a legal assistant work with you and draft the paper work and the attorney will review it for the same length of time the the assistant worked on it and you will be charged for both of them. I went in and fired them to switch attorneys, I asked for my final bill paid it and left, then 2-3 weeks later received another bill from them for my new attorney sending them paper work that he was my new attorney. They will take all they can get from you. My opinion is Do not use them unless you like to throw money away.
