Everyone at The Vacation Company is super helpful. Each person is always upbeat and takes my concerns seriously . They are very responsive and thorough. We rented the villa in Palmetto Dunes and we couldn’t be happier. I have called many times and everyone has treated me with respect. We have stayed on Hilton Head Island many times. The property was nice and quiet. The Villa was updated, clean and an extra bonus were the fans in the closets for us to use, lol! All of us have to use a fan to sleep. The chairs, floats, toys, etc in the shed were good to use. The personal shower and hose to use at the villa were great to use to rinse off before going into the villa. Thank you for being a pet friendly property. Thank you for knowing pets are family too! We had a great relaxing Christmas getaway with our family and didn't want to leave. Hoping to move soon and be a permanent resident in HHI.

This place was a very clean and had most amenities that were needed. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for our big group. The washrooms were very clean. This property was located in a great neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafe's banks etc. The beach was next to the property. If there are any suggestions I would just say the owners / vacation property should have informed us of the Access codes to the building ahead of time.

The vacation company provided us an amazing experience. Communication was impeccable and they were able to work with me through various date planning changes, as well as holding Christmas packages for me at the office leading up to my trip. They were the kindest and most professional group.
The home we rented was unbelievably wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had awesome amenities included like bikes. I did some comparison shopping with other rental sites and the quality to vacation company was just not matched. I look forward to renting with the vacation company again.

The entire team at Vacation Company exemplifies excellent customer first service. They are extremely knowledgeable about the available rentals in Hilton Head Island and work very closely with both the owner and renter of the property so that both parties are satisfied with it. I have been very impressed with the Vacation Company. We had a major issue with one of our rentals where expectation was just not met. We called them and kindly explained the situation and the Vacation Company quickly resolved the issue in a way that was wonderful for my family. They rescued our vacation!
I would recommend the Vacation Company and feel more than safe renting from them. If something can be done they've proven that they are willing to do it to help.

Breakers. It is what you pay for. Our April 2020 vacation, late.
Will go back to renting houses next year. Too many people for the pool. The facility is in need of a makeover. The garbage was piled up next to the dumpster for 2 days before a 2nd dumpster was brought in. Security is basically a person sitting in a lawn chair texting while everyone has access to the area. The patio railing is exactly eye level while sitting down, so a great view of the railing sign saying no grilling or towels on railing. Need to turn the TV to volume 75 to hear over the AC blower pushing air through grate painted

I just spoke with Cheryl at the Vacation Company.
I am a physician " a Covid hero " and have to cancel my reservation in July due to medical reasons. I was told despite 80 plus days notice I would be charged a $2600 reservation fee!!!!!
This is despicable. I have used Destination Vacation in the past on Hilton Head and rented many other homes in the past. As a member of this country's medical team responsible for working daily throughout Covid, please support our health care community by not giving your hard earned dollars to this miserable excuse for a professional management

With family get-togethers and vacation travel practically non-existent during last year's pandemic, three generations of our family were thrilled to finally get out of Dodge and hit the beach on Hilton Head Island.

I would highly recommend The Vacation Company. We have come to HHI for years and rented with other companies, this group was very easy to work with from the inquiry all the way through to the check in process. We did not have to go to any office to pick up or drop off keys, etc. They were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was very clean, warmly decorated and inviting. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week, from a fully stocked kitchen (we cook all our meals and eat in when on vacation) to towels and many little touches they added in. I just got back from a vacation at 25 Duck Hawk with my fiancés family and we were pretty disappointed with our stay. The location itself (oceanfront and in Sea Pines) was awesome. Unfortunately, the location was the only good thing.
So many things in the house were broken. The ice maker didn't work. The dishwasher top shelf fell out when trying to pull it out to put dishes in. One of the two ovens did not work properly. The condo at Abington Place was very clean. TVs. In the 3 bedrooms and the living room.
The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances (3 coffee makers), plates, pans, etc.
The bedding was in good repair - though I do prefer a firmer mattress.
Handy to the beach and plenty of local activities.
A splendid time was had by all.

We booked through The Vacation Company and stayed at The SeaCrest on N. Forest Beach Drive in Hilton Head for a week. The customer service is fantastic. I had to call twice about a minor issue and both times they were great. The photos of the condo listed on their website were accurate. They provided beach towels for us to use. Also, there is an app I installed on my iPhone that gave me tons of information about both the condo and the area. It listed all the codes we needed for the property and condo which was very nice. We will definitely use The Vacation Company again. I highly recommend them

We stayed at the Breakers in Spring 2017 and the whole experience through the Vacation Company was great. They have a really nice app with tons of information that was such a good resource! We got locked out of our rental on a Sunday afternoon and within 10 minutes of calling their number we had a new code and were back to enjoying our vacation.

We have now used The Vacation Company for three years after 10 years of other rental companies. We find the customer service to be exceptional. I can be a bit of a worrier over making sure reservations are processed and confirmed, and Carrie is always very patient with me. We were actually notified that we could enter the unit EARLY- truly a first for us! We will always use The Vacation Company- and I highly recommend it to others!

We have been to Hilton Head several times for fun and exploration, and used rental agents in each case. We found The Vacation Company this time, anticipating our grandchildren and daughter-in-law daughter and son-in-law joining during the two week stay.
Beth and Mark were outstanding in every category of responsiveness and customer service possible. There was an issue with wi-fi and within minutes a knock on the door.
