As a potential first time home buyer, I received a recommendation from a colleague to Shawn at Optimal Home Inspections. He was nothing less than exceptionally thorough. Shawn inspected the entire home from top to bottom, leaving nothing untouched.

Optimal Home Inspection was great. He helped me on 3 homes and was very quick, informative, and truthful. They highlighted issues in the homes and also how to address them. They ranked what was worst case that would need fixing right away to other less significant issues that were more preventative measures. Additionally they were able to provide their inspection reports within 24 hrs and electronically. The report allows me to write comments directly on each item and compile a list of the fixes I wanted/needed to continue with my purchase. That made things really simple and helpful. I will continue

The inspection was thorough and professionally done at a reasonable price. Shawn was prompt, friendly, professional, responsive, thorough and he provided the report quickly. There were several major issues with the house which he demonstrated and clearly explained. He went on the roof, in the attic and in the crawl space. I will use Optimal Home Inspections again if I need another inspection and would recommend this company to others as well.

Shawn was absolutely fantastic! It was a pleasure to use his services. He conducted an extremely thorough inspection and pointed out things that the average eye wouldn't even notice. Shawn was also available at a short notice and on time to the inspection.

Arrived early at the inspection and already seen Shawn getting his items out of his vehicle. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Looked through every nook and and cranny of the condo. Upon receiving the report and looking through it had to be one of the most detailed reports I've ever seen. Shawn included very clear pictures and videos of items he seen of concern. The best experience and amazing work. Will be using Shawn for any other inspections in the future.
