This is the best dentist I've ever been to. And I'm literally here like once a month. I had neglected my teeth for like 10 years out of anxiety of the dentist. Dr. H and her staff are amazing and make me feel comfortable. Their office is clean and bright and modern. I actually drive all the way from the cape, because it's the first dentist I've found that I like and I'm sticking with it.

Short version: polite, professional, knowledgeable AMAZING staff in an updated office with high tech up to date equipment. Nazli gave me the most meticulous teeth cleaning I've had to date while doing it efficiently and effectively with a smile on her (masked) face. Dr. Pezeshki was equally as impressive - book the appointment, you wont regret it.

I was having tooth pain on the weekend and they made an appointment for me on a Saturday! Took care of me immediately and relieved my pain. Hands down absolutely the best dentist I've been to so far! Clean happy environment, friendly knowledgeable staff that is willing to go out of there way to help you, and the music isn't too bad either! 👌 If you are looking for a new dentist, LOOK NO FURTHER.. 👍👍

Originally went here because it had great reviews. When I walked in, I noticed they had a sign that said if you left a 5 star review they will give you a $5 Dunkin' Donuts gift card, which should've been the first red flag. But I went anyway, they told me the first time I had 3 cavities, with one so minor it wasn't worth filling. So I had two filled and he did a great job. Went back again for my next cleaning and a different dentist told me the third needed to be filled, I questioned them this time because I was skeptical and before coming to this office I had only had one filled

Got several fillings done here. My front tooth was never sensitive. But after the X-Ray the Korean dentist (who is no longer with the place) said I need to get a filling done. Ever since then, my front tooth has been sensitive. I even went in for a checkup (because it was sensitive) and another dentist looked at it and its normal to feel sensitive for a few months. Half a year passed and it is still sensitive. Called the front desk and the assistant told me she will get back to me after discussing with “the manager”. Do managers have medical license to practice at this place? I didnt think

I highly recommend Premier Dental in Watertown. I appreciate their kindness and flexibility in dealing with my busy schedule. The location is great as well.

I literally couldn't say enough good things about this place. They are incredibly professional, friendly, and punctual. The office is clean, billing is honest, it's honestly just amazing. I took a long break from going to the dentist because I had a bad experience years ago. Premier Dental has made it easy to get back into the swing of things at the dentist. Dr. Pezeshki is amazing! He made the process of getting a crown seamless. He wasn't pushy and gave his honest recommendations unlike other dentists. His work was excellent and he has a great personality that turns the entire process into a enjoyable event. The staff at Premier Dental is extremely professional and they're on top of their game! While i believe they have the best interest in mind, found some of the dentist overly focused on getting extra dental work done for revenue purposes. I've never had a cavity in my life, they recommended I get a filing due to a "dark spot that may become a cavity". Should have declined the recommendation. The dentist who did the filling never checked if they could floss between the teeth, had to go back later to have them redo the filling. Tone of the second dentist who asked the assistant who did the first filling clearly showed the first one was done poorly.

I haven't been to the office for over 6 months due to schedule and travel, but on Monday I went in and remembered why I love this office. I am always given a pleasant greeting and they always remember me. My visit is carefully and clearly explained to me and I love the personal touch of the doctor and the hygienist. Also, my 11 year old grandson had his first appointment there a week or so ago and it went extremely well. Amazingly professional and knowledgeable staff. Great place! I actually look forward to my next visit to this dentist's office.

Made an appointment for teeth cleaning. I was told I had cavities on both sides of my mouth so i scheduled an appointment to get my cavities filled. After a few weeks of getting my cavities filled on my right side my teeth were still very sensitive. I couldn't eat on the right side of my mouth and drinking room temperature water hurt my teeth. My teeth were soooo sensitive. I made an appointment to get the fillings rechecked/redone. I had a different dentist than the one who did my fillings. They told me this appointment would be to redo the fillings if the dentist thought it was necessary

I moved to the area somewhat recently, and have already been here twice for regular cleanings, and have left completely happy each time. My hygienist, Anna, was very kind, patient, and thorough at each step of the process. And Dr. Pezeshki gave me great feedback while also being very personable. I can comfortably say that I would recommend Premier for all of your regular dental care needs!

I recently had an appointment at Premier Dental for a cracked tooth. I keep getting their fliers in the mail so I thought I'd check them out. The office is easily accessible by the 70 or 70A bus. I was seen quickly. The dental assistant was friendly and took x rays of the tooth. The dentist later came in and reviewed the x rays. I had a root canal done on the tooth years ago. The dentist said the root canal wasn't done properly and the entire tooth needed to be extracted and an implant put in. The dentist was a little pushy about it and, I felt, a little condescending. Can not say enough about Dr. Pezeshki. I don't think I've ever had any dentist spend so much time explaining dental health to me. A coworker recommended him to me after she'd been so impressed at his detail oriented technique when working on her teeth, but I definitely didn't expect this level of professionalism and expertise. He's also very honest about cost upfront and will tell you what you need to get done now and what can wait. All in all he truly is the way we all wish other dentists/doctors could be.

Dr Farshad Pezeshki has been my personal dentist for the past 15 years. I am like wise a dentist, so you can imagine i am quite particular about who I choose as a practitioner. He is not your average dentist as his skill set is very impressive. He has a very nice bedside manner. Also Premier Dental Care is run very professionally. You will be hard pressed to find your self in better hands

From the staff greeting you to the dental hygienists and doctors, everyone is very friendly and warm. I had to get a new dentist after switching jobs and this was a perfect fit. Dr. Pezeshki is very informative, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After an appointment he had given me his email, contact information and instructed me to reach out for anything at all which was comforting. They always send reminders for your appointment and explain how each bill will be broken

I started going to Premier Dental in 2015, a few months after moving from out of state. I was referred there by a co-worker who lived close to me and highly recommended Dr. Jinous because she and her daughter had been going there for years.
Not only could I never get booked with Dr. Jinous, but in 18 months going there, I saw multiple different dentists. At my first visit they suspiciously found three cavities (at my appointment with my previous dentist just 6 months earlier I had NO cavities). The dentist who did the filings did such a bad job that I had bite issues and had to go back twice

Very appreciative of Dr. Pezeshki who did an excellent job on my crown. I visited a dental office in Boston and received awful advise for a fractured molar (DMD recommended I eat popcorn to break the tooth!). Dr. Pez assured me no one should have recommended me trying to break the tooth on purpose, as it could have fractured below the gum line and been cause for a root canal. He fit me in the same day for my crown fitting because he knew I would be moving back to California in a few weeks time and wanted to make sure everything went well before I left. Super duper long waiting time. I waited for 40mins.
I found Dr Jinous from Zocdoc cuz she has good reviews. I went there, I was not seen by her, instead a younger girl and a older male doctor. I have never seen Dr Jinous during the whole process and no one gives me any explanations.
They insist that I need a deep cleansing. And the whole process of general dental cleansing pretty painful by the younger girl.
I went to Gentle Dental for another cleansing, the doctor there did it really gentle. There was so bleeding or pain.

Very disappointed in this place. Came to get my wisdom teeth examined as they need to be removed. I'm new to the area from NZ. I asked before I made an appointment if they can remove wisdom teeth and was told if they are erupted then they can. So I made my booking. Before I go on, the receptionist is very nice and was very apologetic throughout all of this, but that doesn't change what happened or give me my money back.
Arrived 10mins early for the appointment and they didn't see my until 30mins after my time. Once they finally saw me I was rushed into x-rays and the cleaning.

I have to be honest, I was concerned about how organized the front desk would be since I believe Tracey, the former office manager, left her position. But my visit at the front desk was prompt and organized. And my hygenist is always great, and Dr. H was able to give me an update on what is going on with one of my teeth during my orthodontic work. You are also back to playing mellow, electronic music; at one point it had changed to pop music which I did not find as relaxing. I don't plan on going anywhere but to Dr. H and Premier Dental! Well, unless I move out of state!

I went to Premier for about a year, but when I got rid of my car, it seemed too much hassle to keep going. I finally got around to going to another dentist, and hated it from the get go. They made me tense, and uncomfortable and didn't listen to me at all. Today I came back to Premier and couldn't believe I got so lazy. My hygienist was nice and considerate and concerned for my well-being. ANd the new receptionist was friendly and made sure I understood everything I needed to for billing. I always recommend these people to my friends.

First and foremost I cannot overstate how friendly the recepetionists and hygenists I've interacted with have been. Especially Bernadette, who has cleaned my teeth twice. If I could write a review for her I would give her 5 stars without question. She is very sweet and caring, and is the main reason I went back.
