I had seen another local dentist and was horrified with the upselling and shaming I received, so I decided to give Watertown Dentistry a try. What a night and day difference. Everyone was kind, helpful, caring, and during my crown replacement I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. I'm so glad I changed to this practice. They make me feel welcome and valued.

I've had some scary experiences with dentists which made me wary of even going back until I found the right one. Dr. Hanna and his team have always made me feel very welcome and they're very kind and accommodating. They've helped me through extractions, cavities, and a lot of anxiety over the past few years, haha! It's worth the hour long drive for me to still see them even though I've moved away since. Grateful for their expertise and warm atmosphere.

After neglecting my dental health for quite a while because of a fear of dentists, I decided to go and see Dr. Hanna after my husband went and told me how great he was. I was not disappointed! He was patient, gentle, and most importantly non-judgemental. I've never missed a cleaning because I no longer dread going to the dentist! The best part is that I have my smile back and can take pictures and make memories with confidence!!

I came here once to seek a second opinion regarding the necessity of a wisdom tooth extraction. I deeply appreciated Dr. Hanna's honesty and sincere advice. I didn't end up getting the extraction in the end because he stated it wasn't necessary. I was happy with the friendliness and service of other staff members and would definitely come back here!

I go to Dr Hanna for several years now and he has always taken great care of my needs, e.g. adjusting dentures. He seems to be very knowledgeable and the premises are very modern and sterile. Maybe it should be that way in oral care, but I have never seen a place as clean as that office! He also has a second office he attends some days of the week, so make sure to call ahead for his schedule. I can say only good things about that team.

Out of my few experiences here, i did not have a good experience. On my first visit, the hygienist cut up my gums with the stuff they put in your mouth during the xrays. She kept trying to jab an adult sized piece in my mouth even though it was not going to fit. Finally I told her it was too big and she found the child sized. Then I met the doctor and all I remember was that his English was not proficient enough.
I still scheduled my next visit there because I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another dentist. I scheduled it for December. They called me the day of to confirm
