Kevin is the President of Praedium Real Estate Services. He and his wife, Diane, founded it in 1995. Along with being the broker of record, Kevin is also licensed in Pennsylvania as an attorney and state certified general real estate appraiser. An Pittsburgh area resident since 1974, Kevin is a 1982 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.

I live at Nova North Valley in Phoenix. It was a great luxury apartment complex until Praedium ruined when they bought it last year. It’s now an unsafe, filthy property heading downhill every day. I guess that’s the Praedium business model: take a great piece of real estate and turn it into a dump. Hard to see how you can make money doing it that way but Praedium seems to be committed to that strategy.
