Since 2010, TREK's Property Management division has been growing annually with assets in six counties, managed by our trained and accredited staff. Our portfolio consists of commercial, market rate, mixed-income, affordable housing tax credit and project-based Section 8. Additionally, our team provides asset management to an additional 1,000 units through the region.
TREK Development Group incorporates Residents Services into Property Management operations using the Community Networking Building model. Recognizing that the traditional models for community building are no longer effective and that traditional resident services models are focused on needs; TREKs Resident Services division strives to operate from an aspirational perspective.

Extremely disorganized management. I'm moving to Pittsburgh for work and was trying to find an apt remotely. Found one I really liked at the century and wanted to apply, but the agent I was assigned to kept on giving me wrong info about the apt I wanted (they have multiple properties and they kept on mixing up between them). Was frustrated by that and their lack of response to emails and phone calls. By the time they finally gave me the right info for the apt, someone else had already applied. Frustrating and exhausting experience. Would not recommend

I lived in Orchard hills for 4 years and discovered the workers there had been stealing from us. When we moved out last year I had called the office and talked to the lady there about the items I was missing and since my family helped us move I KNOW it was the workers because one had let himself into our apartment without ringing or knocking about a couple weeks before we moved and I witnessed another worker doing the same to another person's apartment. When I called which was more than 3 times nothing was brought up about any past due payments AND we moved out May 31st not in September like they

Great staff and location. They went above and beyond to accommodate my out of state move. Service staff is friendly and helpful. This is an all around great value.

Great location and in building amenities. Very modern led display in lobby. Great security, parking, and a gym. Centrally located in the cultural district this facility is perfect for families and professionals. Property borders nice park on 7th street and is within walking distance of all the major downtown theatres. Doorman and ample elevators. Close to dining and shopping, the t and bus. Easy access to northshore sport venues.
