We want good tenants just as much as you do! We pride ourselves in the quality of tenants we are able to attract. We utilize a full service credit report as soon as an application is received. In addition, we verify given information from previous landlords as well as current employers. Criminal background checks are also performed.

Definitely do NOT recommend. Borderline slumlords, at least in my experience. The apartment we rented was very old and in poor condition. Mice and ants in kitchen, ants crawling in through the old bedroom window, the wiring in the unit was bad, basement crawling with insects, and couldn’t even bother to repaint the ugly green spots on the kitchen the current color. Should’ve kept photos of all this but I did not. Just glad to be out of there.
