Horrible and unprofessional management and property.
I signed a lease agreement about 6 weeks before the move in date. I was told I was moving into a newly renovated apartment. 1 week before move in, I was notified the apartment would not be ready, after submitting the required 30 day move out noticed required by all apartment complexes. I was then told I had to resign the lease agreement, forfeiting their responsibility of a LEGALY BINDING contract. After I was told it would not be ready, I was told to "just don't move out of the old apartment" until the new one was ready, in turn, screwing someone

Worst management of an apartment complex I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Leased a renovated 3/2 for almost $2000/month. A week before move in the email and say the apartment won't be ready. Forced us to stay in a hotel for a week to the tune of $1000, none of which they comped us for. They let us borrow a garage to store our belongings once we threw a fit about having to resign a lease because they did not uphold their end. Then we move in and discover the bugs and rats. Super fun. We sprayed our own apartment for bugs and our cats handled the rats. There is only one dumpster for

If i could leave a negatvie 5 star i would. Staff will lie to you. Will completely disregard all complaints you may have. Luxury is definitely not what you get here, if you want an expensive painted over shell of a outdated box this is definitely your place to live. They will try and fine you if you have plants or curtains on your porch. But Do nothing about teanats keeping you up all night nor anything about the trash scattered around the grounds and garbage piled up at the dumpsters. Lets talk about arcadia security that while they patrol after hours but people are getting their cars stolen and

Been living here for a few months now and the the overall experience has been a very good one. The staff in the office and the maintenance team are all super friendly and seem happy to help.
The property is quiet but we’ve also only been here during COVID protocols. Recently more amenities have been reopening and my kids have been having a great time swimming in the pool.
