I was hit buy a car walking across Anderson at Burnet. The car swerved around a car in front of it and made a sharp right hit me causing several months of physical therapy after surgery. The car was stopped because I was crossing the street with the pedestrian light. I know he didn't intentionally hit me but the lawyer only got what insurance would pay and with no financial penalty to the impatient driver. I'm not sure why he deserves any of the money the insurance company paid out.

Please be aware that I have found this law firm to be less than honest in their dealings. It appears they throw cases against the wall, regardless of the facts of the case and see what sticks. I was in a car accident, which was my fault, and the other party engaged this firm. Wayne Wright worked with their client to build a totally fictitious case of personal injury. They were suing me for $250k to $1M , when suddenly faced with the evidence of their attempted insurance fraud they dropped the lawsuit and asked to settle. I am now investigating if I can take legal action against this firm.

It was the worst decision I ever made by choosing this law firm. I was in a accident in February of this year. This accident cost me my job. They charge extra if they have to assist in your car. Plus they get a percentage for body injuries. If took over 2 months for me to get my car paid for by insurance company. Unfortunately I didn't have full coverage. They don't like to give loans out to clients but they wanted me to go to therapy . But they gave a small loan loan so I could ride the bus.

My experience with Wayne Wright, LLP was nothing short of amazing! I was rear-ended last year and spent a month trying to get the at-fault driver’s insurance company to provide me with medical fees to help with neck and back issues sustained from the accident. Their insurance company continually dismissed my injury claims, and I felt I needed to escalate the problem. We sign the contract in nov 2016 to hire this attorney. Everything was going good. Out of no where they changed me attorneys to mr guy. Without letting us know why???? No phone calls no emails nothin at all. I called one day to the Austin office trying to speak to Jeff my original attorney in which we signed the contract with and the representative said oh wait your attorney is in San Antonio. No customer service skills at all! No one returns calls. In the 3 yrs I've been working with them no one personally called me. I've had to be on top of them. Horrible communication. Promised help and when failed to help my case, wouldn't return phone calls. Basically, since they couldn't make any money off me, dropped me off the face of the earth rather than finalizing saying we tried, please don't hesitate to recommend us to a friend (even though I heard from them maybe 5 times total in 2.5 years)

Please don't believe the hype. I'm speaking on behalf of my experience with this firm and only mine. I do not recommend this law firm to handle anyone's legal claims at all. They weren't attentive as they claimed on their television ads, they weren't efficient or attentive to me or my case, they did not keep me in the loop.

Well, I have to agree. They do not keep you informed. We were told they had made an offer but had to call to even find out that they had made an offer. No information was given about the amount, etc. until we called several times to find out. Six weeks later, still waiting for word. Almost a year into it now. If we do not hear back soon, I will go ahead and post more information. We would suggest finding a smaller firm and not the McDonalds of law firms.
