I found this experience odd. They did no cleaning during my first appointment. This is fine if you let people know this upfront. They filled up time by showing me a video. I had another appointment that I had to reschedule because I was here for about two hours as the younger dentist measured and measured again my gums. There was also 0 mention of how factors outside of your control can influence dental health such as Covid.
The dentist also read a pamphlet to me. Maybe people seem to like the dentist with more experience here. I don't know. I figure the practice is a reflection of his rules.

Dr. Shepley and his staff are professional, friendly and highly skilled. I've been going to him for a couple years now and have been very happy to find a great dentist. He does his best to educate people about oral care and asks that new clients watch educational videos on their first visit. It's totally worth it to have him as your dentist. He filled in an abfraction for me, and I felt no pain even during the injections. He's great at what he does and his staff are wonderful too! They are always welcoming, social and as good as Dr. Shepley at what they do.

I didn't know you could YELP for a dentist.... Dr. Shepley has been my dentist for 30 years! He is the best dentist ever! I was a total dental-phobe when I started but Dr. Shepley and his staff are the most wonderful people, genuinely nice and caring folks! They're office was redone a few years ago and is high tech and beautiful and Hampden is a fun place to go when the appointment is done. If you need a dentist, look no further!!! I wish I could give him more stars

Dr. Shepley is probably the best dentist in Maryland. Its crazy to me that he does not have any reviews here! My family has been going here for years and we would not go anywhere else. He is passionate about his work and it shows. He is amazingly gentle and the work he does is always painless. I could go on and on, but he is really an exceptional dentist and takes his work to another level. Truly a leader in his field.
