Poor customer service. Poor communication skills. A six day job took a total of sixteen days not including Saturday and Sunday. A lot of wasted time on their part and loss of revenue for me. And job was not completed as discussed early on by verbal means. Be prepared to wait. Too expensive to deal with. Find someone else.

Very cheap doors material!!! After 3 months started to oxidize and 4 months later need to be changed again!!! No warranty because they blame the freight you are hauling!!! No HM loads, no chemicals. Oxidation started from the side where they put holes on the doors for hardware and around the edges.
Otherwise they are ok.

Had a great first experience, but this second on not so much. The “estimates” were way off. Every time I’d call they said we will call you back. Never did they return a call. So two weeks later after they had told me a couple of days I’m here waiting some more after the job I was quoted for was not even entirely done. Was told to schedule another time. Also because they didn’t see something all of a sudden more cost added to an already way over number. Not a happy camper. But it is what it is and company’s like this feel they can screw you any ways. If you can

We have used when they were still called Wabash, before the name change. We would have van, roll up doors repaired. 10-27-17 I ordered a new door. Two weeks before Christmas in December he still had not received the order. I sent two vehicles to have doors repaired and ask about the order. Found out they had not even ordered the door. The two vehicles we sent down there had two panels each to replace because they were rotted after a couple years. By the way they sold me these doors that are rotted as well. we called an advance my two employees sit there for 4 hours not including the drive time
