My visit was awesome. They are friendly and straight forward. I will be returning soon to purchase a trailer. I may need to go on a payment plan, but i believe it's worth it.
Update: was a 5 star, but dropped to 2 because when I went back to talk about payment plan and to see the trailers, I was ignored after I told the guy it might be too expensive for me. I had money coming in, but he wanted me to buy right then and there. I was dissatisfied and disappointed. Then when I asked to see others I was ignored. I ended up leaving and when my money came in I went to Low Price Trailers. They stuck with

Very knowledgeable! They wired my hitch on a VW Tiguan for half the cost of the dealership and they did it the same day. The dealership had my SUV for a week just to give me an estimate. And the dealership told me I shouldn’t get the hitch done at the dealership. They said it was too difficult and would cost too much. At Southwest Trailers James took care of me with great customer service and a quick turnaround. Also, he gave me options and explained things so that I could understand. Highly recommend!

My wife set up my appointment with James,who I assume is the shop manager,(and possibly more). I brought my cargo trailer in to have the rear door fixed. The spring and tension cables were way out of whack! Anyways, he got it fixed up in just a couple hours. James and everyone that I dealt with there are top notch. The pricing was perfect as well. They will get my business from now on! Did I mention I didn't even buy my trailer from them? Kudos to the crew at Southwest Trailers!

I’m not sure if he was a mechanic or what his position in the company was. But I have to brag about the gentleman named Chris. His customer service skills and trailer knowledge made my day so much better. I had purchased all new break components for my trailer and didn’t get the wiring right and Chris was there ready to help with a smile

I have dealt with Southwest Trailers and Southwest Wheel for over 15 years primarily for boat trailer repair and maintenance. The service and expertise they provide is consistent. By the way, they have the cleanest shops and customer areas I have ever seen. They always explain what they will do and follow through. I have also had the opportunity to meet the owners of the company, who are gracious and friendly. Excellence begins at the top.
