They must have been high on something when they charged me $2200 and the wiring melted. They demanded I drive a trailer with melted wires and plugs back to them, and Jason hung up on me when I said that's illegal!
They offered a $100 refund, which they increased to $500 only when I went through the BBB. To date, I have seen a refund if exactly $0.

I had been surfing the World Wide Web aka Al Gores internet or also better known as On the Line .
Ok , I digressed so I called AffordableTrailer and the lady whose name I already forgot , gave me a discount though she couldn’t match the price from the internet .
So when I showed up she was there and remembered my request&s he went and got it .
I also asked a question to one of the mechanics about a fancy hitch and he gave me an honest answer .
So the wonderful lady even allowed me to throw in my Veterans discounts on top of the lower price that she quoted.

This place is truly affordable. They quoted us the lowest price (even much lower than u-haul!) in town. I got quoted by u-haul under $600 including install, the highest i got quoted was by the dealership over $800 and average hovered above $700 by various high performance/off-road truck shops. Affordable Trailers quoted us under $400 and kept it under $400 including tax and install. The service was great, employees and attendant were very accommodating and polite, and the install took less time than foretold.

Great costumer service, The only thing that I don't like its that there just open Monday- Friday, (( I'll will love it if they would open on weekends )) the thing is that I live out of San Antonio, and work thru out the week so I can't catch them open on weekends, well at least Saturday!!! Really appreciate that!!

I have a small utility trailer that I loaned to a friend. He did a lot of damage to the jack on the trailer and bent it really badly when he drove through a ditch with the jack stand extended down. The craftsmen at affordable trailer were able to remove the welded on jack and straighten out the damage and replace the original jack back on to the trailer. The welds look real good. They even painted it to make it match the rest of the trailer and it almost looks better than it was originally. I'm very pleased with their work and they completed the project on time and were very affordable. I highly

Wow I am shocked from the review the rude guy left sounds like he's a very bitter person because I had the opposite experience today. listening to the bad review that man is against small businesses and working moms. the saleslady was very helpful and so nice. she got me all the stuff I needed and anything she couldn't help me with she put me in the right direction which most companies or people care enough to do that. if she ever leaves I would hire her in a heartbeat. keep up the good work affordable trailers you now have a loyal customer for life here.

My husband had our boat trailer bearings packed here and they did a great job in a timely fashion. We have traveled a couple of times to our cabin around Three Rivers and then to PORT MANSFIELD the 10th thru the 14th with his 85 plus year old parents.We had a great time, until the ride back when Around exit 88, south of Pleasanton. I was in the back seat with his mom when all of the sudden we tilted to the side and heard this horrible noise. I turned my head to the back and the tire had blown off the trailer and it was smoking and rolling really fast down the freshly mowed grass catching the grass

The Loop 410 location has the absolute worse customer service I've EVER experienced. I called to see about trailer rental 30 minutes before closing and was told to come on. Had I been told they wouldn't do rentals after 11:45 I wouldn't have wasted my time. Lady working counter was extremely RUDE!!!!!
