I worked here for a total of 10 months as a dietary aid. They overwork certain staff and let others off the hook. They neglect the residents, turning off call lights and never getting the resident what they need, the kitchen ignores dietary needs, most of the nursing staff are snotty and rude to the housekeeping and dietary department workers. And don't even get me started on Timber Oaks staff. They are the absolute rudest, especially to the main kitchen staff. I would walk down the hallways, delivering room trays, and there would be urine trails down the halls that would be there for hours. It

My father recently transferred to Oak Ridge. He was is need of long term skilled care. He is now in a safe place and is receiving excellent care. He receives balanced wholesome meals, he is sitting up in a wheelchair everyday not left in bed all day. Receives his medications on time and since it is difficult for him to tip his head back the nurses give him meds on a spoon with plenty of water to drink. He is starting to eat his meals in the dining room, met other residents and is starting to socialize. Our family now has hope that Dad may get stronger and improve even just a little
