My brother-in-law was on the rehab unit at Holton. The staff (each of them, but particularly Aimee) were kind, effective and really took the time to explain each and every step & procedure in an easy to understand way. Call lights were answered quickly and effectively. No one ever really wants to be in a nursing home, but when the need arises, this is the right one.
A short term rehab stay is sometimes required after a hospital stay to continue recovery from surgery, illness, injury, stroke, or other conditions. Our expert therapists work with you to continue your recovery, help reach your health goals, and rebuild and strengthen to get you back to your independent lifestyle.
Your joint replacement surgery is scheduled - maybe it's a hip or knee. You've met with doctors and surgeons, read about what to expect, and talked to others who've been there. But questions linger: Will you bounce back quickly, or will you struggle to get on your feet again? To improve the odds of a quick recovery, enlist the expertise of our physical or occupational therapists and do some Prehab before your surgery.
Outpatient therapy is available for all ages. If you need outpatient therapy following or prior to surgery, are recovering from an accident or injury, or are recuperating after an illness, call us! We'll consult with you over the phone to determine your needs, then work with you and your doctor to design a care plan to get you back to your independent lifestyle quickly.
A move usually means a change in your care and the people who provide it to you, so it's important that everyone communicates effectively from one location to the next so you receive the care you need. Doctors, nurses, therapists, and others involved in your care or your move will work together for your benefit.

Holton Manor gives me so much comfort knowing that my husband is being taken care of with kindness and taking care of all of his needs.
Holton Manor is always very clean and decorated for all seasons, making it look cheerful for visitors and the residents.
It is special care that nursing home residents require and every person employed at Holton Manor is very special.
I feel that my husband and I are blessed to be a part of this facility.

If I could give a 0 I would. MONEY runs this facility. So if you have it I guess you’ll be in the best care. If you don’t and your family member gets admitted to the hospital be ready for them to reject them and scramble. If you want more stress take your family member here. Grandma was having symptoms of congestive heart failure and fluid in her lungs on a Thursday by Monday they tried make her do physical therapy and she physically couldn’t. Tired to say she was refusing treatment but she literally could not physically move. My grandma did not want to be there and would do anything to get

I have been to other facilities but never realized how Holton was superior to others. The staff is so wonderful and the love they have for the patients and the patients towards the residents is beautiful. You ALMOST don't want to leave! I highly recommend to everyone to visit this facility the need and care is supreme. Would I come back? Yes, indeed! The Chili cook off was the BEST! I rate it 6 stars!

I've worked with HOLTON Manor for 7+ years. The level of care is amazing and the passion for what they do is always evident. When the renovated the facility and added a pool to the building it became stunning. If you require outpatient therapy or inpatient services, I suggest giving them a call. You won't be upset with your decision

The staff at Holton manor are very thoughtful and heart warming. My father is Joe Kirkpatrick Jr. he was a Police officer here in Elkhorn and worked in the Schools as the School Liaison officer for over 15 years. He Passed away 8 months ago and the wonderful Staff at Holton Manor helped contribute money to the fundraiser to give him the memorial he so well deserves. The Staff had put on a lunch-on at the Franks Brat stop this Sunday April 25th! I want to Thank everyone that has been involved in making this happen, I know my Dad is shining down smiling with how amazing and thoughtful you all Have

My husband is currently at Holton Manor for rehab following a hip replacement. Holton Manor has been wonderful with all aspects of his admission and care. He tells me the staff is terrific, food is flavorful, and if he needs anything they're quick to help. They respond quickly to his call light, no matter the time. If rehab is needed, Holton Manor is the best!!

My mom is a resident at Holton Manor and I can’t put into words how AMAZING it is. Clean, safe, friendly, welcoming, engaging, encouraging, understanding just off the top of my head. Mom is happy. We are happy. We have quite the entourage that visits and we are welcomed every time. The staff is above and beyond anything we could ask for. If you or a family member is looking at a care facility, Holton Manor is the place you need to be. ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
