The First Lutheran Church Preschool has served Strasburg and the surrounding communities for over 50 years. Our preschool provides a loving-caring-learning environment where children can grow mentally, physically and emotionally through a vast variety of creative experiences.
We understand the importance of balanced growth and encourage our students to learn through exploration preparing them for their next level of education and building their self-confidence and self-esteem.The First Lutheran Church Preschool offers a 3 and 4 year old class on Thursdays and Fridays from 9-11:30 a.m. and a 4 and 5 year old class on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Services
The First Lutheran Church Preschool was established over 50 years ago as a community outreach ministry of Strasburg First Lutheran Church. The mission of First Lutheran Church Preschool is to provide a vital service to children and families by providing quality, loving care and learning experiences as well as providing opportunities for mental, physical, and emotional growth through a variety of creative experiences.
We utilize the Creative Curriculum in our program. This curriculum is aligned with the Ohio Department of Education Early Learning Content Standards. Along with this curriculum we utilize Wilson's Fundations language program. We provide quality, loving care and learning experiences for children ages three through five years old.
We accept registrations year-round; however, our fall enrollment process begins in January. Families apply on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make your check or money order payable to First Lutheran Church Preschool. Complete the Child's Medical Statement and return it to the preschool prior to the first day of school.
