The communication is TERRIBLE. It took my family 3 attempts to get an answer on availability and products. The first time we went to their booth, we were told to just text a phone number, which we did, but got no response. The second time we visited the booth, we were given a quote on the items we wanted but no info on availability or what the moon bounce looked like or dimensions. When we asked for availability again, we were told to text the phone number. We finally got a response when we said we’d pay cash but the communication stopped after we gave our zip code. This place ruined my daughters second birthday.
I’ve never experienced anything like this in all of my years planning parties. Horrible customer service and I’m guessing that they know it because the manager we spoke to refused to give us his name!

Don't bother calling this guy if you cannot speak Spanish because his English is not understandable first of all. And first thing he ask is what's your budget, I start out at $250, okay so that's fine, then he says he does not go out of "his area". Don't waste your time calling this guy just to get a roadblocks.
