GREAT service! They showed up early. They were friendly and courteous when they dropped off castle. And they showed up on time to pickup. I am grateful because I've been through a few really shady bouncy castle "companies". Billy's is legit. They call with updates to your order and they follow through with the plan! I love these guys. I had a babyshower and last minute was trying to get a bouncy castle for the kids. Did all of it online, got so nervous since everyone I called was booked that day. They were so nice and tried getting it here earlier for kids too. Reserved online 11/12 and everything was set up by 11am next day. They verified drop off and pick up. Super professional and quick from beginning to end! Thank you
