Is there any way to leave zero stars? These guys are thieves. We will not be using this company in the future nor can we recommend them to anyone here or our network of friends we have created in the past 13 years in the industry. Due to a PANDEMIC called the CORONAVIRUS - I had to cancel my event because the Mayor and Governor called for a city and statewide shutdown on such occurrences. As a first time business owner, we are always appreciating support from others and these guys definitely don't remember what it is like to be in business the first year - we were shutdown after 59 days after opening

Terrible tent company. Never rent from them ever. They showed up to my event two hours late because someone punched in the wrong address on my order into their system, even though it was on my order form correctly. I had to call them every 15 minutes for two hours to even get them to arrive, each time I spoke with someone they said the guys were about to arrive in five minutes. When I spoke to them on the phone after the event about my terrible experience they gave me the runaround, blamed past employees and refused to give me any sort of discount. So unprofessional and rude.

We rented bleachers for a performance event at our gymnastics facility. Adam Cantu was the sales rep helping me with ordering and scheduling. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process from quoting, delivery and pick up, to billing. I would highly recommend Star or Texas Tents & Events for bleacher rentals.

My organization, JDRF, has used Star of Texas Tents and Events for the last several years for our annual fundraiser, the JDRF One Walk. We have always been happy with them but this year they were especially outstanding. The GM was onsite during the entire 6 hour set up and had multiple crews working to ensure we met our set up time frame deadline. The workers were polite, helpful, and willing to make any changes needed on the spot. We rented over 100 tents of various sizes, a stage, bleachers, tables and chairs. I would recommend them for any size event you may have.
