A-Pro was extremely thorough and detailed in their inspection. They took the time to walk through the house with us and provided a great report at the end so we wouldn’t forget all the things they covered with us. The report came back quickly. The home inspection was incredibly thorough. He gave us a very good peace of mind as we Move forward in purchasing our new home. Finding out some of these items as surprises after the fact would have been a lot more challenging to deal with than knowing all of the issues upfront. Dave was also very kind and personable and wonderful to work with.

I was totally impressed with the quality and extensiveness of this inspection. I feel like I know exactly what I am getting and what needs to be done to improve and maintain the home that I am purchasing. I was also so pleased with the timely response by David to any questions that I had. Always professional, friendly, and never bothered. He genuinely seemed interested in helping however he could. I highly recommend David and his other partners to anyone who needs a home inspected! Best $400 I ever spent.
My wife and I are first time home buyers and we wanted to know what kind of risk we were taking on. Dave took an hour and a half walking us through the home after he'd already spent 2-3 hours on the inspection.
He didn't just point out problems, he took the time to teach us and explain potential solutions. He didn't spend anytime during the walkthrough trying to sell us on extra services and repairs. He pointed out EVERYTHING, but he was honest about what things were worth the money and what things weren't. We love going in with our eyes wide open.

David did a fantastic job inspecting our new build both before drywall and just before closing. He was flexible with his schedule in order to help make this process as simple and stress-free as possible for us, even being willing to change his schedule on the day of when a scheduling conflict arose for us. The inspection was able to help us have our builder fix some issues that may have otherwise been missed and gives us a lot of peace of mind moving into our new home. We cannot recommend David and this company enough. We were worried that we would not be getting our moneys worth by having an inspection
