The Owner of OnSite Home Inspections. He grew up learning how to do electrical, plumbing, and handyman work from his father. His grandfather was also a home inspector for 13 years. He has performed over 4,000 home inspections and is a Certified Master Inspector through InterNACHI, the highest designation a home inspector can obtain.
This advanced camera technology allows us to see issues such as overheating electrical components, plumbing leaks, roof leaks, residual moisture that remains after a leak has been repaired, in-ground or in-ceiling radiant heating systems, areas of missing or low insulation, and drafts at exterior doors and windows.
We inspect the grounds for proper grading away from the house, soil in contact with anything other than the foundation, vegetation in contact with or close to the structure that could damage it such as vines crawling up the siding or tree branches in contact with the house or roof. We inspect the foundation walls, including the view from interior unfinished basements and crawlspaces.

Loved Chris - he was very upfront, honest & explained everything in great detail. We felt he was very direct about the problems he found, without creating extra panic or concern. Everything was what it was & he delivered it very clearly. This is my second round with On-site and I could not be happier with them. They are so calm, informative, honest, patient and thorough throughout the entire inspection. Then when I cannot remember everything then send me a color coded report to remind me and if I have any questions they take my calls and explain it all over again. Their price was also on point, and definitely worth the time and cost. Thanks to Mike we feel confident in our purchase, on the good and bad about the home. Mike was the inspector for my clients. He was very accommodating and spoke to my clients over a video call. He answered all our questions and was very thorough with his inspection and explanation. He gave a very realistic expectation for repairs and focused on the things that were most important/needed immediate attention. Coordinating for the appointment was quick and easy. The coordinator was very responsive.

Chris was prompt, courteous, patient, and thorough!! He wore shoe coverings while in the house. He explained all of his findings and gave reasonable suggestions on how to fix them. He answered all of our questions (even questions outside the scope of the inspection) and gave explanations for his rationale of his ratings (low, medium, high priority). I would give 4.5 stars if I could because I've had other inspections on houses where the inspector was up to date on current building codes whereas Chris wasn't 100% there (which I understand as they were trivial small detail things and building codes
