We moved from Corona to Carlsbad with a very short, yet critical timeframe to find a home. First things first, Brent was able to sell our home in this difficult market at a price I am happy with and in a reasonably short time. Above and beyond that, since my wife and I were not available in California during the time the house was on the market, Brent took care of all of the details in the sale and showing of the house. I selected Brent to sell this house because I had used him 8 years earlier to buy the same house and was very satisfied with his work. In addition to his skills, he is a pleasure to work with.

I’m amazed at Brent Humphreys!! He gets more done than any realtor I’ve ever worked with. He stays in communication at all times. I always knew what was happening with my sale.
