Mike the owner of Express Auto Glass, is a fraud! Not only were his price is extremely high, but in the middle of the installation he extorted me for an extra $20 for removing a small amount of rust from the frame of the windshield which is a normal part of the procedure! I have had over six windshields installed in my vehicles in the last 10 years, and never was there an additional charge for this part of the routine service. He refused to dispose of the old issue!, And after payment on my back was turned he disappeared without vacuuming the glass out of the interior of the vehicle! I would not

In the past 9 years Express Auto Glass has replaced windshields in several cars I've had, and the door glass in one of them too. Mike does it right, Quality glass & good prep work, cleaning and removing all the the old glue & glass around the edges so the new glass fits right & seals tight w/ no leaks. Mike's a good dude, I've been real happy with his work and his price, I recommend him to friends.

Our car has a bent hood which took extra time getting the old windshield replaced and Mike did an awesome job. He really takes his time and makes sure it’s done right. His prices are much lower than the other (2) companies we requested quotes from. Also his mobile service is included in the price and the other companies wanted to charge $35 and higher for this service

This guy is awesome. Used him a few times now. Does his job very well. Any bad review is from ignorant irritating people. Here's an example, as he was doing one of my cars another customer from a couple days ago pulls up saying it was a bad install and he needs to fix it. Standing from ten feet away I could see the rock chip (hello Colorado). She got pissed off and storms off saying what a useless guarantee he has. LoL, listen lady, get mad at Colorado (oh and fyi it was obvious they knew because in the photos they texted they clearly covered the rock chip with their thumb in the close up

My driver door window sounded like it shattered in the door. After calling multiple people to get estimates and not getting an answer or next week appointments, Mike came the next morning! Then I learned that it was the regulator and not the window! He promptly gave me a new quote and left to get the part and came back! After getting the old out and new in, he double checked that everything was working and had all his tools up! I would definitely call him again for my window needs.

A prerequisite to work for this company is you have to drive like a complete tool. I'm sure they do great work, however this driver has no concern for your glass you've paid for in his/her vehicle, nor do they care about the laws regarding yielding to oncoming traffic. This disregard for other vehicles and the product in the van is of concern and maybe shopping through another company with competent drivers is a wiser move. Great guy and excellent service. The turn around was quick and he made the job look easy with extreme attention to detail and not hacking his way through the job like you would see so many others do. I will not be going to another person for my glass issues from now on! Thanks for getting my jetta back on the road!
