Pure Auto Glass warrants the installation of new automotive glass to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to the Limited Warranty. Any problems caused by an installation error, such as wind and water, leaks, loose moldings, and some types of stress cracks, will, at the option of Pure Auto Glass, be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

On New Year’s Eve my car was broken into and the window was shattered. Pure Auto Glass was the only place that answered even though they were closed. I dropped my car off the following Monday and even though there were a couple of hiccups my window was repaired and they even brought my car back to me. Very professional, great price, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pure Auto Glass changed out the rear side windows on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and did a fantastic job. Recently bought a used 2012 Ford Flex, I asked Pure Auto Glass if they did chip repair, they came out and looked and recommended I get a new windshield. They showed me the little pits in the windshield and explained how it catches light and how it makes it hard to see out of. Thought maybe I just wasn't cleaning the windshield well, and I tried cleaning it several times, but sure enough after looking real close I saw what he was talking about. They got me a new windshield and installed faster

I left messages for 3 different places. A different company in georgetown got back to me immediately and scheduled appointment to repair within a couple days. I don't think Pure ever responded. I received a text after my repair was completed, they didn't say who they were so at best I say (if it was pure) poor communication and it took them 4 days to respond to a voicemail. **Updated July 21st 9:09 am call lasted 51 seconds** Leander location voicemail.

I was driving down 183 and the guy in front of me was hauling gravel with no tarp. It sprayed my windshield leaving several chips and one decent dent. The next morning that dent spread across the windshield to the tune of about 9 inches.

This is not a normal review but still attests to the integrity and professionalism of Pure Auto Glass. I made an appointment with Pure auto glass and was happy with the swiftness of their phone calls. They were very professional. Soon after I made the appointment, my husband told me he wanted to go with a different company and so I had to cancel my appointment. The staff was so professional, during my cancellation I didn't feel guilty or bad for switching to another company. Scott is fantastic, and I did quite a bit of shopping, before settling on him to replace the cracked windshield on my Tundra. He treated my vehicle like I do, and I'm pretty picky. He does calibration on the spot, (included in the price), so no need to take your vehicle to a dealership! Thanks, Scott!!!

I residentional and commercial glass JR Glass who is very prideway in making sure he good job no matter what and always go back and double check everything...This guy reminded me alot of JR...i called several places and nobody could have the glass til Monday, decided to try ine more number..Found a smaller family owned company and decided what the hell.
