A rock recently hit my windshield, and after researching online a bit, I found Precise Auto Glass had a high rating on yelp so I called them. This group is awesome. My repaired windshield looks beautiful, and all of the people in the office are great. I would highly recommend them.
They also had technicians that came to my house and replaced my husband's windshield. Their prices are so reasonable too. They made loyal customers out of us!

Excellent work, excellent customer service, competitive price, I'd absolutely recommend Precise to anyone else. I've used them twice for windshield replacements and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. The appointments were prompt, the installations were done flawlessly, and the prices were as good as any I found. Five stars.

I've been to this place twice and both times I thought my windshield was making noise (two different vehicles) and it turned out to be something minor, nothing to do with the glass after all.
Both times, the owner, Mark, spent at least an hour trying to find the problem and even adjusted things that had nothing to do with the windshield, but needed it. He also drove with me both times so he could hear the noise. That in itself may not be unusual, but he didn't charge me for any of it, I actually felt guilty leaving without paying him. He and his wife at the front desk are nice people

If you need your auto glass replaced in Colorado Springs, this is absolutely the place to go!!!
First of all, their customer service can't be beat. Sandra is so helpful and kind. They were able to get me in asap and did everything as promised.
They are honest and do high quality work. I had to replace my front windshield after a chip turned into a crack. The price that they quoted me was much less than the place that my insurance company recommended and they stuck to that price, there weren't any surprises at the end. I'm so thankful that everything was done right the first time

I cant say enough great things about this company. They got me a great price and an appointment the following day right away in the morning. The price they quoted me at was almost 200 dollars less than the Subaru dealership to replace my quarter window. They had me in and out in just over a half hour and even started 15 minutes before they opened to get me out quicker. This company made a really annoying situation so much better. Thank you guys so much for the amazing service!!! I will recommend you to everyone I can.

I agree completely with the previous reviewer. I was referred by Black and White Auto Body. Great price, and fast, personal service. My car was burglarized, with two windows broken, on a day that I was leaving on a trip. They had the windows replaced, the broken glass vacuumed out, and the car ready to go in just a couple hours. 300 bucks, which I thought was pretty good for service that quick. I hope I don't HAVE to used them again, but I would unhesitatingly do so. Highly recommended.

I called Safelite to compare prices and wasn't impressed with their prices (about $40 more than Precise) or their service (my call went to an impersonal call center.)
But with Precise, on the other hand, I was able to speak to the owner, Mark, each time I called, and he made me feel like a valued client in every way.
