I went in on May, to have something removed. Now, when it was removed , Dr. Laborde told me he wasn’t going to send the biopsy of what was removed to the lab (to see what it is and if it was dangerous/harmful) , but after a few minutes he mentioned he was going to send it in just in case . So he said it very casually “I’ll just go ahead and send it in anyways “ not mentioning I was going to charged by that months later . When the receptionist came in to charge me/show me my receipt of what procedure was done , she made it sound like that was my TOTAL. My full charge for what had happened

This is for the staff because Dr Laborde has helped me with my skin issues but his staff is an absolute nightmare. They are rude as soon as they pick up the phone, no matter how polite you are they speak to terribly. I just experienced an older woman slamming down the phone when hanging up on me. I don't understand why they have to be this way. They will do nothing to accommodate you.

Dr. Laborde is amazing! He is kind, passionate, and doesn't rush you. He will spend as much time with you as you need. His office is beautiful and staff are extremely nice and helpful! It's also great that you can schedule appointments online! He is my go-to dermatologist for everything skin related! Thank you Dr. Laborde!

Nice facility. Dr. Labored didn’t give me more than 5 minutes of his time, quickly wrote out 2 prescriptions and didn’t allow time for any questions. I felt very rushed and unwanted. Then was charged a very high fee for the 5 minute (no exaggeration) consultation. After the appointment the doctor did not schedule a follow up to see if the prescriptions work. If they don’t work I will be seeing a different dermatologist.

My experience has always been great here. The office is ran better than any doctor's office I have experienced. They answer the phone and are usually on schedule. Every time I call I am always helped. Dr. Laborde is very easy to talk to and a great physician. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
