I had such a POSITIVE experience with this company. I was selling my home and was notified of a well water test quite last minute. They scheduled me within a 48 hour turnaround and the rep that came to my home was so friendly. Following, it became a time crunch to get the documentation and not only did the onsite representative provide a preliminary report, but also had the certificate and finalized report over to me quicker than expected. I had to call a few times with requests (which I know can be quite annoying) and they continued to be speak in a very nice tone and assist with all additional

I have used this company TWICE (first test failed, then retest and passed) and they are top-notch! The girl that answers the phone is so calming and answers all questions even though I know they are SUPER BUSY! The communication is impeccable and that is SO IMPORTANT for a REAL ESTATE AGENT to be able to have effective communication. I had never needed a well test in the past but if I need one in the future, I will go to VINELAND ENVIRONMENTAL LABS!!! Also, pricing is very fair. I called 2 other companies and one wanted $800+ and the other wanted $1000!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would......
2nd time in a row our appointment was messed up by them and they never showed. Sat around all afternoon waiting and nothing. Called them and was told our file was put in the wrong days folder..... again!
Unprofessional company to say the least!
Update:
They found one of their drivers that are willing to come out and test our water today.
So 1 star is acceptable to me!
