Courtney Harding at Blue House was an incredible find and, without question, is the best realtor we've ever worked with. We weren't completely sure of the house we were looking for nor even the location. She patiently showed us homes from Manistee to South Haven (150 mile range on the Lake Michigan coast) and she helped us think through and narrow down till we found the home we now own. She also stepped up to assist in the sale of our old home going above and beyond at no financial gain to herself. I think it's safe to say that without Courtney not only would we not have found the house we love

In less than 2 months, Courtney Harding at Blu House Properties was not only able to get our house sold for $30,000 over asking, but worked with our schedule to see multiple house on weekends and evenings to secure a home in our price point and that satisfied most of our long list of wants.
