Yoga is for everybody and every body regardless of age, physical ability, or walk of life.
All of our classes are suitable for everyone from first-timers to long time practitioners. As a space committed to provide a nurturing and supportive community that empowers each other and the world around us, we proudly enlist mindful consumerism and zero-waste practices in our daily operations in order to have the least adverse impact on our community and environment.

This lineage of Hatha Yoga utilizes asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to strengthen the entire body from the fingertips to the toes, internal organs, and nervous systems.

I have a desk job and a bad back, so my doctor told me to try yoga.
I did yoga at the Y for years. But often the classes are scheduled during the workday, so I can't attend.
I tried this yoga studio when my back was particularly tweaked. I really enjoyed it. Hot yoga was intimidating, but I asked some friends and they gave me good advice - bring a few towels and lots of water.
When I got there, the different instructors recognized me as new, so each time I went, they reminded me to go at my pace, and if it was too much, I should lie down and rest. That was perfect for me.

I’ve been doing yoga for over 25 years. I’ve been to studios in Orlando, Greenville South Carolina, Charolette North Carolina and Maine. Mark is the best instructor I’ve ever studied under. He makes sure to understand the skill level of his students and is very helpful with guiding them through classes. He motivates in a very positive way that really makes you want to push yourself. Hands down the best studio I’ve been to! Great Experience!!!

After a few years away from yoga and a much needed break from CrossFit, I happened upon this studio by suggestion of a friend. I walked in knowing nothing about the style of yoga (26+2) that day. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of student skill set. I didn’t feel intimidated in a class where I was learning something new, instead I felt welcomed and supported. I was and continue to be blown away by Mark and his genuine desire for students to come as they are, into a judgement free and safe space to practice yoga. A studio for curious beginners to more advanced practitioners, there

This is a great little yoga studio! It is community oriented with a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere. Mark is knowledgeable and accommodating, as are all the teachers I have encountered. They are able to meet the needs of students with a variety of capabilities in the same class – challenging the more advanced as well as showing adjustments for the less skilled or folks with physical challenges. Physically it is bright and clean. Since the shelter in place order they have been offering virtual classes and those classes have been awesome as well. There has been variety in each class I have taken

District Hot Yoga has lots to offer to all different levels of experience. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is relaxed and accepting. I've gone to a few different Yoga studios and I must say, District Hot Yoga is so clean compared to others. I am not a Yoga expert, and when I find a pose too challenging, the instructors are always quick to help me modify the pose to get the same benefits without hurting or overexerting myself. Oh, and if you're like me and always getting to places right at the last minute, you can reserve your spot before class even starts, which means

Mark is the reason to be proud of supporting local business. His studio welcomes all levels of practice. He inspires people to challenge themselves and really learn about the benefits of yoga. I personally like to push myself with more intermediate and advanced classes which are available. I highly recommend this studio.
