I thought it would be hot yoga I’m confused, they said they don’t offer any hot yoga only the individual infrared light. I’m sure it’s nice but I personally don’t want to be singled out. I thought I remembered doing hot yoga there maybe they stopped. I feel like the name is a little misleading maybe I just don’t get the meaning behind it. Just a warning for anyone thinking this is hot yoga where you sweat. They should bring hot yoga back it’s a nice studio.

After practicing yoga in numerous studios in several cities I can honestly say that HHY is my FAVORITE studio. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner you will find yourself challenged and rejuvenated after attending a class or workshop here. Shelly has grown into being an amazing spiritual teacher who shares her talents freely. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the HHY community and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their yoga practice as well as raise their consciousness.

Shelly is an amazing teacher! I thoroughly enjoy her yoga lessons, both private and group. I highly recommend HHYoga for both beginner and advanced yogis! She also offers various special events (including, but not limited to) crystal bowl singing, meditation and other various yoga workshops. I have also really enjoyed Betia and Cate's yin yoga sessions via Zoom.

I was drawn to this studio in 2016, and I've been going ever since. As my practice became more regular, I found myself wanting to learn more about yoga. I began to attend workshops, which break down the technicalities of the practice. I have been able to grow and take my yoga practice to the next level thanks to being a student at H.H. Yoga. In 2018, I completed the 200-hr YA Teacher's Training. It changed my life for the better. The benefits of this teacher's training have had a positive impact on all parts of my life. I learned to accept myself for where I'm at in this moment, both on and off

Hot House Yoga has been a staple in the Ormond Beach Community for as long as I can remember. Shelly is a well seasoned instructor, gifted healer, and all around compassionate human...Diving into private instruction has helped me deepen within my practice and especially my relationship with myself. The new location is warm and inviting, with a unique aesthetic incorporating natural elements and the opportunity to practice just steps from nature. Hearing the birds chirp in the morning and the wind blow thru the trees takes the yoga experience to a whole new level. All of HHY’s teachers I’ve

This studio has such a unique and wonderful vibe. The students that practice here are so friendly and welcoming. There is such a wide range of classes. This is the perfect studio for anyone from beginner to advanced. The vinyasa flows are so fun and creative and the yin classes are super chill. You can always find a class that meets your mind or body's needs. Teachers at hot house have a deep understanding of alignment and will give assists and help make adjustments to help you get into a pose correctly, which is super important to avoid injury. I love this place and love what Shelly

Just go! Try a class. A workshop. This place has something for everyone. From the gentlest of yoga to the most advanced classes you'll find anywhere! I got hooked on the place after my first visit over a year ago. The instructors and whole community are full of warmth and immediately make you feel so welcome. I keep learning so much. Take my practice to new levels. If you really want to know what I'm talking about, ask Shelly for a private lesson! I drive from Palm coast several times a week. It's so worth it! If you are looking for your next yoga studio, you found it!

I'm so happy to call HHY my yoga studio! I have made so many friends and have become part of this yoga "community." It's a safe place for all! Since opening the new studio, so many new community events and such are happening and it's such a great thing to see! All the teachers are great and add something different to the hhy family or teachers! You won't find a bad one and everyone is willing to help if you ask in any way! There's such a variety of classes you can't go wrong. And to all the people saying they didn't like the dogs then you should be aware

Visited hot house for a couple classes while on vacation with my family. Really enjoyed both the power and vinyasa classes and both teachers were great. I would definitely recommend Jordan's Tuesday morning class.

I usually don't leave reviews but I always read them, so I thought this would be a good time to share about my experience at Hot House Yoga. A friend of mine started taking classes there so I purchased a Groupon (awesome deal). I had not had much experience with yoga, was looking for a challenge and a change in my workout routine. In January I jumped right into the Vinyasa Flow class. It was just the challenge that I was looking for but I didn't realize how much I would enjoy it. I didn't dread going to yoga like I had dreaded hitting the gym...I was excited about it. I increased

I love everything about Hot House Yoga. The team they have there is inspiring, and very involved. I honestly feel like family there now. I have tried a lot of yoga studios, and by far my home is with Hot House. Definitely worth it to go if you live in the area or are just in town for the weekend. Shelley & Jami are my favorite they are awesome teachers, and I have learned so much from them. The classes are energetic, fun, and an amazing workout. 🙏🏼

My first yoga class ever was at Hot House Yoga 5 1/2 years ago and I continue to practice here 3-4 times a week. I love this studio because it challenges and encourages me at the same time. I have attended both the 200hr and 300hr Teachers Training program and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in teaching yoga or wanting to learn more about yoga. This studio is for all levels, the beginner to the advanced. Definitely worth checking out!

Overall not what I was expecting for "hot" yoga. To start on a positive note, Jami was a great teacher. Shelly was okay but she didn't demonstrate how to do any moves during the practice. I am familiar with most poses, just not the all the names. Most of the students in my class were traveling through and stopped here. It was clear that most people had no idea what to do because of the little guidance given. But the worst part about this place was the fact that they let the employees dogs roam around freely. At first I thought they just walked around the studio and didn't realize

This studio is not for babies! If you are wanting to really challenge yourself and have the best instruction ever, this is the place. The hot yoga is intense and you will sweat buckets. You will also become much better at yoga and be entertained by the funny and very genuine instructors. Everyone is enthusiastic and you can tell they really are passionate about yoga practice. I am a dog lover so having the fur buddies around is a nice addition. (there are 3 doggies that roam around. I just would hope that they would get baths regularly so they don't stink up the place. I am a huge fan

I havent been to HHY since moving to Orlando, but given the chance I would practice here again. I always found the studio to be clean and kept, and the majority of the staff to be kind. I will agree that the owner Shelly has a very strong personality, but I think all of it comes from a place of love. I never felt like the she was being mean, just that she was concerned about her students. As for the dogs, I never once had a problem with them getting in the way, barking or bothering me. HHY is where I began my hot yoga journey, and I am forever grateful.

I have been going to Hot House Yoga off and on for about two years, to attempt the 21 day challenge. As a person that was hit hard by the slump in the economy, I have been a slave to the Groupons and local deals that are offered in the area. I found that the $21 dollars for 21 classes (provided you do not miss anymore than one class which has to be made up by taking two classes in one day). to be an awesome deal. What I found even more impressive was the care and attention given by the staff! I truly felt that as my practice grew over the weeks, the instructors helped to adjust me into proper form

I hesitate to write much negative unless a place truly deserves it, and HHY does not. It is a lovely place with the nicest of clientele.

What I would like to mention is that there are 2 dogs that will be in the hot studio during classes. I thought it was odd to find animals in this sort of atmosphere, and while trying to find that 'inner peace', one dog actually barked and startled me.

The one staff member that was there was slightly icy and inattentive when I was trying to check out, but again I stress the clientele was very warm and inviting.

The 'locker room' although

There are too many wonderful yoga studios in the area to drain your energy here. You may have a good experience if Shelly (owner) is in a good mood but watch out if she isn't! She can be very mean to clients and staff. Yoga is a wonderful, life-transforming practice and I would hate to see people turned off to the experience, which is a real possibility at this studio!
