A bit of a late review, but Brad is one of the best realtors around!
We had been talking to a few realtors, but Brad was one of the few who would give us his honest opinion on houses we were touring, rather than trying to sell the place up in order to make a quick buck. He was transparent throughout the process, and was always communicative and replied speedily.
Off of these things alone, I would recommend Brad, but he also gives you back half of his commission. You essentially get back a ~1.25% rebate on the price of your home.
Cannot recommend Brad more!

I would give Brad more than 5 stars if I could. We engaged Brad to sell our home and he was able to provide the best pricing/timing. He was good mediator on our behalf and gave us the best recommendations on marketing the property. He also represented us professionally, speaking with buyers, fought for the best pricing, and closed the deal within a short timeframe. As a veteran in this business, Brad knows the nuances of the transaction and creates actual monetary value to the negotiation process. We will use him again if we are to sell another home. We loved loved working with Brad.I was looking for a real estate agent to buy our very first house.We did work with another agent first who was rated 5 star.But she absulelty did not spen time with use and wasted our time and money.Then I had to find another agent where I found Brad here in yelp again..He is a very honet guy who knows the area very well.I dont know why anyone would wanna work with anyone else other than Brad.He also tell you if the house is not good so you don't investigate your money on a bad house.If you need further info,pls reach out to me

Brad is so friendly and helpful! He was very easy to work with and was very responsive via phone/text. What I loved most was that he honest and steered us away from a few properties that would not have been good fits for us! Brad was an invaluable help to my wife and I who had no prior experience buying a house. A friend recommended his services and we had a great experience during the search, negotiation and closing phases. I worked with Brad for over 6 months in finding the perfect property for my family. Brad scheduled many showings for us and attended multiple open houses with us. One of the many reasons I love working with Brad is because he is a straight shooter, and he never tried to push us into buying a property that we weren't fully happy with. There were several properties that we really liked, but just weren't ready to pull the trigger on them for different reasons. I found a link to Brad's site by chance and was very intrigued with his business model of providing a portion of his commission to the buyer. At first, I hesitated thinking I wouldn't get the same level of service as a 'typical' realtor, but I was wrong. Brad went above and beyond in all aspects of the home buying process.

We tried a couple of the other discount brokers and were ready to give up, then my girlfriend found Brad. I must admit I was skeptical at first, because the other realtors (discount and full commission) were just not very knowledgeable, many were technically challenged, and others were simply unreliable. Ah yes... That awesome feeling where you buy a house and then you get this nice check in the mail to help cushion some of those crazy housing costs. What? You have never had this great experience? Well then apparently you have not worked with Brad yet!!
The house I bought was a bit far from where I was living so unfortunately cannot speak in detail of what it was like to attend every appt, etc. since I had help in the process. But I can say that Brad was responsive, candid, and even assisted in the closing process when the sellers were getting difficult at the end.

I found Brad through Yelp. I wasn't completely convinced by all the reviews here but I called him to see if we were a good match to work together.
At the beginning of property search, I was looking for a condo in the 10-mile radius from work. By being a first time home buyer, I had no idea how to maintain a property so purchasing a condo was my choice.
