What a great experience. Richard and his team are friendly, responsive, professional, and above all have integrity second to none. I have purchased only 4 properties in my lifetime, but not once did i ever want to use the same lender / broker for my next purchase. Good news is, i now have a lender for life! Remember folks... you can get a second opinion from UMG if you are unsure about who your agent "sends you to" for your loan. Thanks again Richard, Stephanie and team.

Rick helped us buy and refinance our first home in Santa Clarita.
