From the moment I walked in I was treated like family. Tracy was very friendly and wanted all details on my issues with my car so they could really dial into the problem. The tech consulted with me the entire time and was very professional. The show room and bathrooms were immaculate and I was offered coffee and given a gift bag as a first time customer. Overall the experience was excellent and Five Star and I will definitely be returning.

This review is a long time in the making. I've been using Transmission Doctor since summer 2019, when our first interaction was due to a failed transmission in a relatively new Toyota. We've been back a dozen times since, at least, so you can trust when I say they are everything you can want in a mechanic. I have never worked with a mechanic shop in my life that excels in basically every aspect of customer service, mechanical knowledge and execution, problem solving, and scheduling - not to mention moral character like trust and responsibility. Called for a quote and ended up paying even less. The manager Tracey is knowledgeable, took the time to explain details I never knew about a tire that was replaced by another shop in town. They run very close to schedule, the waiting area is great, bathrooms is clean and the conversation was excellent. They are our new mechanics.

I took my son's SUV in for transmission issues. The mechanics did a great job with diagnosing the issue in a timely matter. Went with a new transmission due to better warranty. Office staff and mechanics were professional and personable. Office area and garage are were clean and orderly. Highly recommend! Thank you Transmission Doctor!

I had my truck towed to the Doctor with a completely locked up gearbox. They got him into surgery and now I have a perfectly functioning transmission. 10/10, would recommend. I would love to say it was cheap, but cheap usually doesn't get the job done.

They were awesome, after being down almost 2 months without my truck they ordered a jasper transmission and had it put in very quickly. Tracy at the front office was east to work with and the communication and explanation of what was going on was great! Would definitely recommend.

I brought in my truck thinking it had transmission issues and U joint issues. Turns out it was an issue with the rear driveshaft. I truly appreciate the honesty of the Transmission Doctor team and them not taking advantage of me. Their service was great, they kept me informed, and in the end...the price was really great. My truck drives fantastic now. They are located over an hour from where I live and they are worth the drive. They will be getting my business again!!
