Had the most thorough, honest, and professional experience with everyone at City Boys! I had to take my care in to have the brakes and rotors replaced and get an oil change. The manager Chris was extremely helpful and detail orientated, the lady Jennifer at the front desk was super sweet. They were taking care of some difficult customers at the time, and with a smile - all while making sure my car was getting taken care of. They did a thorough inspection and test drive to make sure everything was solid. I live in Gainesville and have plenty of close options, but you cannot get the same quality

Very accommodating, honest, courteous service. I walked in without an appointment due to a tire related problem but needed my car for work in order to finish seeing my hospice patients that day (I do house calls). They were quite busy with multiple vehicles in the bays. However, they quickly worked me in, diagnosed and fixed the problem of a tire pressure sensor requiring a reset. I thought for sure I was on my way to a flat tire and a dishonest place would have tried to sell me a new tire. Not City Boys! I don't think I was there for 30 minutes before I was on my way. And guess what...

I was very impressed with City Boys! We're traveling and a tire was about to blow out, we stopped there using Google Maps, and they took care of us very well! They had the tire we needed, the price was great, and they had the tire on and we were out of there in about a half hour. The service was outstanding and I would recommend their services to anyone who's traveling or in the area.

You would think they'd be really interested in getting business right now, but they are definitely not. At least not when it came to trying to get four new tires for my car. Service was so poor, they made it really easy to go elsewhere and seemed completely uninterested in retaining my business when I gave them the chance to make it right. Not sure how they stay in business that way.

Sold me a wrong-sized battery for my Toyota Tacoma. I didn't know this at the time, but the next shop who replaced this new battery when I had problems the following year remarked that such a mistake would have been hard to make.
Everybody at City Boys was friendly, and they got me out in a jiffy, but I could have waited longer and paid a few bucks more to get the correct battery so I wouldn't get stranded on down the road.

I called ahead to make sure they were not too busy to look at my car. I was told to come on down. I did so, and explained that my air conditioner seemed to have an electrical problem. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I asked for an update. At that point, the mechanic drove my car around the lot, handed my keys back to me, and told me my car had an electrical problem.
Not a good use of my time, but by then I was just happy to escape.
