The best, coolest, most awesome orthodontist office I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, service was great, and the entire experience from start to finish was enjoyable. Plus, the office is fun and beautiful. Good park!

Smiles is the most comforting office you will go to of any kind. I’ve been going to smiles for three years and have always felt so comfortable there. Great environment and the people there are always so kind and everytime i go there i get unique compliments. The transformation they’ve done on my teeth is amazing and i very highly recommend this office!

I cannot recommend this office enough! I struggled with my invisalign plan at a previous orthodontist for multiple years and was eventually referred to Dr. Franklin. He walked me through his recommendations, helped me understand the plan of care and for the first time made me feel like I had an understanding of what was needed. The entire office is very warm and welcoming as well, I have nothing but praise and respect for this organization.

All 3 of my kids started here for orthodontics and regular cleanings. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Franklin and Dr. Collins!! They are both SO good and my kids love them!! And the staff is bar none...the best staff I have ever seen at a doctor or dental office!! Wish there were 10 stars for this place!

This practice will treat you like family. Had my braces removed with them back in 2016, and was working with them well before that. I come in every now in then for an occasional checkup, or if a retainer is damaged, and every time they have the most personable staff. They also continue to add new friendly faces to their roster, as the front desk staff (Bri and Brenda) were very kind during my visit. Ashley did an exceptional job, having me come in for the repair I needed the day I called, and catering to my comfort with my newly re-glued retainer. Come here if you want exceptional service, and

My daughter is always so excited to see her dentist, Dr. Collins. He's always made her feel so comfortable. The entire staff is so loving towards her and she loves it! My kids have been patients of Dr. Collins and Dr. Matson for years and now my daughter sees Dr. Franklin for her braces. From front staff, to billing , to the hygienist and the dentists/orthodontist We have always experienced professional and courteous care! My daughter was particularly anxious and they did such a great job helping her through it early on that now dentist visits are actually looked forward to! I strongly recommend them

Dr. Brunson and his staff are the best of the best! A person's smile is the first thing many people notice and at Smiles, they do everything they can to make sure it's perfect! We had to move from Texas to Missouri, a couple of months before my daughter was to get her braces off. We still made the drive back to Texas for her final 2 appointments, because frankly....we didn't want to go to anyone else!

Dr Timothy Brunson and weekend triage assistant Terri Garry are HEROES to the Jones family -- thanks to Terry's assistance, Dr. Brunson met us last Saturday at 5:30 to repair a retainer and re-apply bottom braces after our son met with an unfortunate elbow in a high school basketball game. We have been seeing Smiles of Austin for too many years to count. Lots of cleanings and three sets of braces for my 3 kids. But today blew me away. My teenage son had a pretty significant dental emergency (our first ever) and they were ready and waiting when we arrived. They helped get us into an oral surgeon immediately and Jayme even rode to the surgeon’s office with me and waited with my son while I parked the car. You guys love your patients like you love your own kids. I can’t thank you enough!!!

This place is bursting with hospitality and professionalism. They answered every question we didn’t even know to ask. They are great about clear and prompt communication. The staff is all friendly and caring and my son loves the games/activities in the waiting room. This morning he had four teeth extracted by Dr. Collins. Dr. Collins spoke directly to my son and explained everything that was going to happen. We were done super fast. Grateful for this place and for the great care they provide!

I've only had an initial orthodontic consultation with Dr. Franklin but can say with 100% confidence that I will be using him for my orthodontic treatment. I've had two other consultations with well-known orthodontists in the area and left both consultations feeling confused and defeated because they had drastically differing opinions on what my treatment plan should look like. Love this office, my dentist-Dr Collins and now ortho!!!! Their office is adorable, staff friendly and awesome with kids. My dentist is knowledgeable, conservative and really wonderful with the twins! I highly recommend this office. We had experience today on the other side as our daughter got braces today with Dr Franklin and it was truly a… fantastic, easy, painless experience for her! He was just as wonderful as our dentist and the staff is kind and competent! We love Smiles of AUSTIN!!!!!!! Actually we go to the Smiles in Austin off 35th street!

We LOVE Smiles of Austin! Everyone that we've dealt with over the past (nearly) 7 years is consistently kind, professional, flexible, and friendly. If I could give 10+ stars I would. After experiencing highly rated pediatric dental & ortho care in another state, we feel spoiled. Smiles of Austin is wonderful. My very shy 3 year old loves Dr. Collins and his team, and she feels very comfortable with them. She loves going, because they have great toys in the waiting area and she gets to choose a reward at the end of the visit. They are amazingly great with little kids, and very flexible in their approach. I would highly recommend them to anyone with children.

My ten year old needs spacers put in and a few teeth pulled and I couldn't be more comfortable with who's doing it. They were both informative, professional, and friendly. They even squeezed in my sons impressions on the same day of consult so I didn't have to go back just for that! My son was really nervous knowing he needed teeth pulled but after meeting both docs he felt at ease. Their Dripping and Austin offices are about 35 mins from my home but WORTH the drive. We will be patients as long as we live in Lakeway. Thanks Smiles Of

My son (3yo) loves going to the dentist. He gets to walk through his own special kids' door to enter the building, play with games while waiting, get examined and cleaned in a whimsical room, and be awarded for being a great patient. From the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists, we've been three times and always receive exceptional and professional service. (By the way, I'm the daughter of a dentist - if that means anything...)

This used to be a great practice.
They have expanded and now it is a mess. They re-schedule appointments frequently. My daughter was supposed to have a tooth pulled in March. They re-scheduled to August. By then, the tooth was impacted and needed anesthesia so they re-scheduled again to September. Cost me an extra $300 and put my daughter through a difficult procedure.
I am sure they are making a lot more money, but service stinks. Go elsewhere.
