Venue 311 is owned and operated by the Stanley family. When Heidi Stanley was ready to get married, she started touring local wedding venues. Although many of the venues were nice, they were very expensive. Lower priced venues seemed to not offer the same value as the much higher priced venues. The Stanley's wondered why wedding venues were SO expensive.
Where to begin. The owners are wonderful, they were so helpful and ready to jump in and help. From pre-wedding services to the day of craziness. Nancy, Heidi and the rest of the staff were just great. The venue itself is just beautiful. You can tell how much work went into every detail of it. It is so nice that you can keep the centerpieces and decoration at minimal and it will still look elegant.
The rental is from 10am-12am. The venue gates will open promptly at 10am, so please inform your vendors/bridal party that there will be no early access. The answer to this question varies depending on if the venue is being rented the day prior and/or day following your event. Extra paid hours must be discussed with the management.

MOST PERFECT VENUE! My husband and I got married here a week ago, and it was absolutely perfect! Brittney and the rest of team was very accommodating and communicative the entire time leading up to the wedding and even the day of. There is decorations we were able to borrow, with great space for me and my girls to get ready in, and for the guys as well. I definitely recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a romantic and rustic yet affordable place!

Got married here close to Christmas this last December and everything was PERFECT. From the decorations they provide making it easy, to the stunning chapel and venue it is the most perfect venue to get married at. BOOK NOW! Everyone talked about how beautiful and amazing it was and the staff is the most helpful people ever I swear! I am pretty young, didn't know much about wedding and was super nervous but seriously they staff never hesitated to answer my questions promptly and throughly. I loved everything about venue 311.

My daughter had her wedding here Jan 2nd. The owners were very helpful, extremely patient with all the millions of questions I had leading up to the day & Brittney always responded quickly & with kindness!
The chapel and reception area are beautiful and like a blank canvas to work with & they have many decorating items you can use the day of that was very helpful. As a wedding videographer I get to visit hundreds of beautiful venues all across the States. I was super excited to visit this venue when I booked a wedding with a couple here.
This venue has a beautiful reception space with white walls. Plenty big enough for a decent sized guest list and the space seems like it could accommodate many layouts. I will say that the wedding I filmed had about 100 guests and it was fairly tight to move around in.
The chapel is awesome. Wooden floors can be fairly loud when youre moving around trying to get decent angles. The particular setup at the time did not have

Venue 311 is a amazingly beautiful venue that you will not regret getting! Starting with the staff, they are always so prompt, on time, answer any little question, and very helpful. The location is a little out of the way, but they make it up in the venue itself. It is absolutely gorgeous and you will want to book a date right away! I didn't intend on booking a venue that you needed to hire other vendors, but Brittney made it so easy. Everyone she recommended was above and beyond, decently priced, and had great reviews. Go with this venue!

We got married at Venue 311 on June 27. The venue was absolutely beautiful! It was so much more beautiful than I had originally pictured when we were planning the wedding. When I first stepped foot on the venue in June 2020 I knew it was where I wanted to get married, and I am glad I trusted my gut because a year later when we got married it was amazing. It was literally my dream wedding!

Venue 311 was the perfect choice for our daughter's wedding. Casual but not country, V311 really fit the vibe we were going for. Despite a July wedding, we were comfortable in all the facilities, and really appreciated the separate chapel for the actual ceremony. V311 worked well with all our vendors, answered all our questions, and provided an overall great value. Two thumbs up.

We recently toured Venue 311 to consider for my daughter’s wedding. This family run facility is absolutely beautiful! They have space for indoor or outdoor weddings and plenty of room for the indoor reception as well as outdoor space. The family is friendly and helpful. They even have decor for you to use at no additional cost. You get so much more for your wedding and guests here than more expensive venues. This is a beautiful facility with a budget friendly price. We said yes!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The chapel is beautiful with a view of the trees out of the windows. The pond and gazebo set the scene so perfectly and make for great pictures. And the reception space--- WOW! You can really make it yours with how you decorate, but it is amazing to begin with! Plus, they have a closet FULL of decorations you can use! We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. It is also at a great price point which makes it even better! The staff was very helpful and kind to us each time we spoke, and they are more than happy to help!

Wow....beautiful, just beautiful. Our daughter got married there a couple of weeks ago. Everything was great, the brides room, grooms rooms, outside alter, outside games, large kitchen. Staff was great, helped with changing bride and groom chairs & answered all kinds of questions....great price also.

Tyler and I are so happy that we decided to have our wedding at Venue 311!! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the venue managers were so wonderful to work with. They made us feel right at home. There is plenty of space in the reception room, a beautiful back patio, a big front porch (which looks amazing during the wedding exit), and a beautiful outdoor ceremony space. We love the arches and the pond in the background. There is a beautiful bridal room, a grooms room, big guest bathrooms, a built in bar, and a buffet room.
